Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 64GB, Midnight Green (Renewed)

I ordered this phone and it was delivered the next day! The phone is in excellent condition as if it was never used, not a scratch on it 😃. This was an extremely positive buying experience, thank you also for the complimentary screen cover 👍

This phone is just like new, works excellent and I’m super pleased with it.

iPhone is in very good condition but there is a small scratch on the screen plus a few small scuffs on the bottom which you can see <30 cm so this does not fit the spec given. Also the battery health is very poor at only 82% - I have used my last refurbished iPhone (8) for >1 year and it still has 100% so not sure why this is so low. Bought my husband one too and this has 81% health. The battery does noticeably drain quickly so something to note. Overall happy with the phone but let down on the above aspects. Also came a bit grubby, had to really clean it out including charge port and speakers.

The product had become faulty twice in the 11 months my son had his phone - which he had brought for himself with his birthday money - he is 13. No problem with the first repair - issue with the screen. Inconvenient however seller was good and the phone was repaired promptly. However the second time (issue with the battery) RM tracking confirmed the phone had been delivered however after a few weeks I hadn't heard anything. The seller would not state if they had it or not and as I had misplaced my tracking number he wouldn't help. Told me Amazon would refund me - which they would not. I am appalled with their CS - I was hung up on twice. Such a shame because historically Amazon CS have been brilliant. I can understand all this in a way, I really should have held on to my receipt till we had his phone back, but I thought as it had been delivered it was fine and didn't really think about it again. Its a horrid lesson for my son to learn but everyone will rob you if given the chance. Interesting that the seller now has stock of this phone again. I just need the IMEI number so I can claim on my insurance- which (please note) is not provided on the purchase invoice, Now the seller has gone silent and Amazon are not helping. So basically my son has lost his £350.

Phone was delivered quickly battery life 94% amazing, back and sides perfect the only downside is the display where it has few scratches under battery icon , i have applied a screen protector and has a bubble because of the scratches i guess for the price is ok but not as advertised clean display and like new condition where the display is the most important in an iphone

Très bien. Contente d’avoir retrouvé un modèle un peu plus ancien mais qui reste un iPhone et à un prix plus abordable. Seul bémol: il ne se recharge jamais à 100% (le chargement s’arrête à 94-96%).

J’ai offert cet iPhone 11 à mon beau-père il y a quelques années et il en est très content. Il reste rapide, fluide et fiable pour toutes les tâches quotidiennes : appels, photos, navigation et applications. L’appareil photo est toujours de très bonne qualité, même après plusieurs années, et la batterie tient encore bien la journée avec un usage classique. Le design et l’écran sont agréables et faciles à utiliser pour quelqu’un qui ne souhaite pas changer de smartphone fréquemment. Excellent choix pour un cadeau durable et pratique. Mon beau-père est ravi et je recommande cet iPhone 11.

La empresa fue muy atenta y amable. Se comunicó con nosotros por teléfono para confirmar dirección de entrega, informarnos de lo que incluía. El teléfono está perfecto, tal como indicaba en la descripción. No tiene ningún desperfecto. Recomiendo la empresa para realizar compra segura. Añado: Llevamos unas semanas con el teléfono y funciona como nuevo. En ningún momento ha salido mensaje alguno sobre la batería, cosa que nos ha pasado en compradores cercanos o de una empresa de reacondicionado famosa. La durabilidad de la misma es muy buena, está todo el día en uso, con aplicaciones que tiran de la batería y ningún problema. Lo hemos ido revisando, por si veíamos algún desperfecto que al principio se te pasa por alto, y ni un rasguño ni alteración en la pantalla. Sin duda, volveremos a hacer más compras con este vendedor.

Wir haben lange überlegt, ob wir uns ein refurbished iPhone kaufen, an sich ein tolle Sache, wenn die Qualität stimmt. Mit der Sicherheit, dass wir es über Amazon bestellen, es Rückgaberecht gibt und 1 Jahre Garantie gibt, haben wir es gewagt. Wir haben ein „wie neu“ iPhone bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es sieht echt aus wie neu, der Akku ist bei 100%, keine Kratzer. Wir haben es eingerichtet und konnten keine Schwächen feststellen. So macht das refurbished Sinn, Spaß und der Geldbeutel freut sich auch noch.
