This phone is just like new, works excellent and I’m super pleased with it.

The iphone was ok for a month then has been nothing but trouble. Crashes, microphone interference during calls and gets hot. Battery is also poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Update. 2 months later I've sold it and gone back to android. I really missed the home screen customisation and the always on display. Apple needs to allow an app draw with fast vertical scrolling. The current system of icons all over your home screen is messy and slow. Also I don't like the fact that the camera over processes photos. The dynamic range is incredible but somehow the photos feel a bit fake and over smoothed. The battery is good but the One Plus I replaced it with is better still. Found it a bit hard to type on. The OnePlus Nord I've replaced it with feels faster as it has 90hz. I found too many bugs which are well known with iOS 15. It didn't work that well with my Garmin watch or Cambridge audio earphones. If you're in the apple eco system and have other apple devices I think it's great. I don't have any other apple products and in that situation it feels inferior to android. More cumerbsome. The phone is great but that operating system feels dated. There's only a few apps that support widgets too. Update. One month later I'm still very pleased. The phone is very smooth and fluent. It's immaculate condition. I can't see one mark on it. The battery health has stayed stable at 88 percent which is more than enough to get me through a day. Not once have I managed to run it flat in a day so far. I don't use it as much as I'm not constantly trying to find fixes. There are faults though. iOS 15.1 doesn't work perfectly with carplay apps. The home screen customisation should be a lot better. But still in every other way it's flagship. Otherwise much cheaper than alternative options. They go for more elsewhere. The condition of mine was grade B and it feels closer to A. The charger provided looks cheap, only 1 amp. I plugged the cable into my Anker quick charger and it charged fast. Compared to similar age android phones this is pricey but it feels like a new flagship. No lag, great camera, speakers, battery. Mine even has good signal strength which I thought was an 11 weakness. 88 percent battery health is just below the 90 I hoped for but seems fine.

There’s an Amazon guarantee that the phone works and “looks” like new.. but when received the phone it had a scratch on the rear camera and a few bad ones on the edges, plus battery health wasn’t in good condition let alone the fact that it was dirty and in some place like the mic and the inputs unable to be cleaned. Overall looks like a used phone and not particularly in a good condition

Très bien. Contente d’avoir retrouvé un modèle un peu plus ancien mais qui reste un iPhone et à un prix plus abordable. Seul bémol: il ne se recharge jamais à 100% (le chargement s’arrête à 94-96%).

J’ai offert cet iPhone 11 à mon beau-père il y a quelques années et il en est très content. Il reste rapide, fluide et fiable pour toutes les tâches quotidiennes : appels, photos, navigation et applications. L’appareil photo est toujours de très bonne qualité, même après plusieurs années, et la batterie tient encore bien la journée avec un usage classique. Le design et l’écran sont agréables et faciles à utiliser pour quelqu’un qui ne souhaite pas changer de smartphone fréquemment. Excellent choix pour un cadeau durable et pratique. Mon beau-père est ravi et je recommande cet iPhone 11.

El teléfono está perfecto, tal como indicaba en la descripción. No tiene ningún desperfecto. Recomiendo la empresa para realizar compra segura. Añado: Llevamos unas semanas con el teléfono y funciona como nuevo. En ningún momento ha salido mensaje alguno sobre la batería, cosa que nos ha pasado en compradores cercanos o de una empresa de reacondicionado famosa. La durabilidad de la misma es muy buena, está todo el día en uso, con aplicaciones que tiran de la batería y ningún problema. Lo hemos ido revisando, por si veíamos algún desperfecto que al principio se te pasa por alto, y ni un rasguño ni alteración en la pantalla. Sin duda, volveremos a hacer más compras con este vendedor.

Mit der Sicherheit, dass wir es über Amazon bestellen, es Rückgaberecht gibt und 1 Jahre Garantie gibt, haben wir es gewagt. Wir haben ein „wie neu“ iPhone bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es sieht echt aus wie neu, der Akku ist bei 100%, keine Kratzer. Wir haben es eingerichtet und konnten keine Schwächen feststellen. So macht das refurbished Sinn, Spaß und der Geldbeutel freut sich auch noch.
