I buy the microwave 10 months ago and now is broken. No one respond me what can I do and how to proceed for the warranty. I'm very disappointed

Good build quality for a pretty cheap microwave. Keep in mind I have to tilt my mid sized platter by3-5° to fit it inside the oven door as the door is a bit small but inside it fits fine. If u don't wanna deal with that situation go for something above 20L+

I expected better from Samsung, but unfortunately, this microwave's transformer failed after just three months of very light use (about once a week). Now, it emits large flashes/sparks from inside and gives off a burning smell—definitely a safety hazard. I've always bought budget microwaves in the past and never had issues, even after years of use. It's disappointing that a supposedly reputable brand failed so quickly. Unfortunately, I'm past the return window, so I’m stuck with a useless and potentially dangerous appliance. Would not recommend.

The oven was on offer when i had purchased it and this is a great product and works great and meets my requirements

In the Package only Samsung Microwave was there. Warranty Card & User Manual both are Missing. Kindly send it as soon as possible.
