75 percent of the bottle was filled with giant cotton. There are 60 tiny tablets. Don't know how much quantity of such a large number of ingredients there will be in these tablets. This is my first order. Why make such a big bottle when its 75% to be remain empty, just to impress.

Is okay qualities ok but no use to control blood sugar happy with the product as it is an ayurvedic product use for blood sugar control almost not that great
