Great leggings once I figured out an easy way to get them on.
These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable. Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps. As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free. Hope this is helpful for anyone with painful legs.

Nice compression.
5’2” 127lbs size sm/med. these are exactly what I hoped they would be. They were a challenge to get on, but I’ve put on plenty of pairs of Quality compression socks and compression tights for running, so it wasn’t anything ultra challenging, but the tights do come with a good set of instructions for those who aren’t used to putting on compression tights. They are very durable and not see-through at all, but because of the nature of the netting, if you pull them and stretch them with your hands, there is mesh between. They feel like a nice tight compression that somehow is still comfortable. They also feel breathable. I tend to overheat easily, but I plan on wearing these under my work scrub pants because I’ve been able to comfortably wear them underneath comfy pants at home, but if I had a long enough shirt, I could wear them on their own. I also really like that they come up high and support my abdomen and torso. It makes them much more comfy.

Great for POTS, dysautonomia, hEDS
I have dysautonomia, orthostatic intolerance, POTS, tachycardia, etc., from long covid and hypermobile Ehlers Danlos (a connective tissue disorder). My doctor recommended daily footless, waist-high compression to (1) help with fluid pooling, (2) help with heart rate issues, and (3) help with proprioception (clumsiness). I've tried more expensive medical brands (Juzo, Sigvaris, etc) and cheaper Amazon brands (Lin, Terramed, etc). These are the sweet spot for comfort/compression/value. I'm 5'7", oscillate between 135 and 150 pounds (size 6 to 8), usually around a 30" waist and 39-41" hips, 32" inseam. The size chart puts me at the M/L, but I found the S/M to be perfect for both compression and length. I've been wearing two pairs in rotation for the past year and a half, probably 4 days a week, and one of them now has a couple of holes, but they're easily sewn. I really like the waist band on these (not too tight, stretchy, but still some compression), and I really like the lower leg compression on these (that's where I most need it!). I also like that they are a little thicker and look like real leggings rather than the Juzo, which made me feel self conscious when wearing them on their own with the butt not covered. At a family reunion, I saw a cousin who is a nurse at a vein clinic, and she said, "I noticed you're wearing the Bioflect waffle leggings! We recommend those to all our patients." So they're apparently also LNP approved!

Too Long
My PT recommended this specific brand of compression leggings, however, they were way too long. I’m 5’4”, and they covered my heels and my entire foot, leaving only my toes sticking out. I would be fine with that since compression on my feet is needed as well, except that they bunched terribly at the ankle. Returned and ordered the capri length. The quality is very good, just too long.

Lymphedema SAVIOR - Finally a great compression option that works for me
If you suffer from Lymphedema or Lipodema or just have swelling in your legs THESE are the compression leggings to buy. I am tall (5'10"), and plus size (22/24) and have suffered from lympadema for YEARS. I recently started a series of vein surgeries to try and correct the issue but I still have swelling. I have tried EVERY.SINGLE.KIND of compression socks, leggings, you name it. I found these and literally 2 hours after having them on raced to my computer to buy MORE. Like every color available. They have a unique texture to them that gives a very different type of compression, you can feel it with the waffle-like pattern and how it actually gives you support and crazy comfort. I have tossed all of the losers I have invested in in the past and THESE are the only ones I will ever buy again. They are most costly, but trust me, work every penny. They wash and dry great with no striking, no piling, and a nice thicker fabric to give you a more flattering coverage.

First buy for my Lymphedema
Use sizing guide for fit. I'm 371 lbs and 5x is perfect fit. Very comfortable not irritating to the skin or itchy to wear.

Lovely so comfortable, I wear these all day instead of gym pants. 178cm tall 115kg. Size XXL These are the best compression tights Ive every bought, although I haven't bought compression pants in about 15 years. These fit well land are easy to get on/off and the fabric ribbing seems to massage the legs. I feel like these are working as my legs are feeling better. If only they had pockets.

Too expensive for what they are.

I ordered it when I looked at the good reviews, I must say the compression is similar to the tights I already have. Bit they are way too big and they go way above my waist and I have a very long torso, I could put then over my bra. I disppointed because there is no option for exchange and I paid a good amount of money for customs clearance that I can’t get back and that I would have to pay again if I ordered it in another size which is roughly 40-50$ more than the already steep price of the leggings. Disappointed. Will change my review if I can get a size that fits
