This does the job as advertised. size is perfect for my home. Stable and Sturdy in standing, heavy to move, and safeguards my valuables. Inside capacity is a bit smaller than i anticipated.Its easy to setup and use, and the fingerprint reader and rest of features work as advertised. I did NOT see a firesafe pouch included, as probably was advertised. Overall a solid purchase, and provides me the peace of mind

This safe is very nice and roomy. Very easy to set up your passcode and finger print by following the directions in the manual. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the bottom corner was damaged during shipping. It’s not too big of a deal since you can’t see it unless you turn the safe on its side.

This was very easy to set up, and the biometric fingerprint works better than most of my door locks with fingerprint access. A great piece if the size is right. I use this to store all the medicine in my house (I have small kids). There are 5 metal bars that lock the safe shut. It’s very sturdy, but due to its size it could be easily lifted. It’s heavy enough not to slide easily, but if I wanted a safe that was unmovable, this would not be the one. However, for it’s size and purpose, it’s a excellent safe!

Fingerprint and code keeps malfunctioning reason for return. Also Interior not the same quality as shown. Poor delivery/packaging with damages on arrival

The safe system is great for very nice with 3 system to open, but the safe was damaged before packing, box was not damage buy lower right corner of the safe was damaged when we receive it, looks like someone dropped the safe and damaged the corner.

Overall, I like this safe. It appears solid, has some really nice features, and has a decent fire rating. What I have concerns about is the drop-shipping, and when I say drop, I mean DROP. The box was pretty beat up when I got it, and it has some overseas labels on it, which indicate that it was drop shipped. The whole box wiggled around when I would move it, which wasn't a good sign. When I opened it and pulled the safe out, all the styrofoam packing was broken, which is why the safe was bouncing around. The corners of the safe are chipped, meaning that the initial drop happened, and there were likely multiple other drops along the route. You can see the damage in the pictures. The real concern I have with the drop is that the fire protection in safes is usually ceramic or concrete plates that act as heat protection. If these have been cracked, that could compromise the protection rating, reducing its effectiveness. No bueno.Anyway, a safe is not a piece of art. It's a big heavy metal box that protects stuff. This feels like it will do that quite well. It feels solid, and has 5 bolts that secure the front door. This is the first safe I've gotten with that many. Additional features that are cool are the touchpad with fingerprint sensor. You can program a finger (only one from what I can tell) as well as the PIN code. There are two different ways to open the safe if the batteries in the keypad die. It has a set of physical keys, but there's also a battery box that can plug into the front of the keypad to provide it with power so that you can use the code or fingerprint. That's awesome! It also has a place on the door to hang jewelry, too.When you type in the code or use the fingerprint sensor, the door actually opens automatically, and there's an interior light. That's really cool, too. Overall, I like the safe, but have concerns with the handling of them during the (apparent) drop shipping.

Thought it was a good buy, so excited to have a way to keep my valuables safe… doesn’t work. The fingerprint reader can open with any finger print. It opened when I touched it with my big toe😕
