I had previously ordered some solder from a Chinese site, which appeared to be a fake product with very high melting temperature (~380C). This solder came as expected and works great for my home applications.

Saw a lot of people bad mouthing the product because the tubes of solder were either not full or didn't weigh enough. You know, I've never weighed solder. I received 6 tubes completely full of solder. Was working on building some microphone cables and ran out of solder. I picked up some Harris Electrical Solder (.040(1mm)) at Home Depot that was.... not any good. It was a nightmare. This solder, USTOR 6 Pack 60-40 Rosin Core Solder, melts smoothly and cleanly and is so easy to work producing a good looking, solid connection. I will re-order and recommend this to my friends.

Super easy to work with and flows very well with the lead mix and rosin core, thou obviously not RoHS compliant, if that is a concern/necessity. It was exactly what I needed and although a little hard to open the cases are not going to fall apart on you like some. I used a scrap piece of rubber to help grip the cap when popping it off the first time, it would be better if it were threaded, but the product its self was %100 so cant fault that.

Good size for me. Good price. Good solder! Only problem is getting the cap off the tube end to feed the solder through the cap hole. A little difficult.

My favorite solder wire for building PCB's and small components . The wire gage and size of the tube is very convenient and the solders flow realy well.

Good deal for the money

Melts evenly and at a lower temperature than the solder that came in my kit.
