How do I know what size to get?

I called ZenToes customer service after checking their website for sizing information and they didn't give me a straight answer (but the rep was very nice). First, it was "one size fits all since they stretch." I followed up by asking why are there two (2) sizes to choose from if that's the case? "Well, it depends on the diameter of your toe." Okay, so what's the approximate guideline cut-off point between Small and Large (Note: Medium is NOT offered)? "My daughter's toe is about 1.5cm in diameter. What size should I buy for her? "I don't exactly have a guideline answer to that question, but we have a great return policy with a full refund and we pay for return shipping." I'm trying to actually avoid the hassle of dealing with a return and, by the way, if I order the correct size the company doesn't deal with an opened package return, pay for sending to me and the cost of shipping it back. "Since your 17-year-old daughter wears a size 8 1/2 shoe with 1.5 cm diameter, a small will probably fit since it stretches. Most women get small and men get large." My daughter is in extreme pain and if this product doesn't fit, I'm not going to wait and then order the other size. That means I'm buying one of each size and definitely returning one. "That's not a problem. I'm sorry, I'll suggest they make a medium." You might suggest they put a sizing chart on the website or help you out by providing more definitive answers to questions like this. Might make your job easier, too, since won't need to answer questions like this one. By the way, do you get questions like this very often? "Well, not really." I've heard I'm not a typical consumer from quite a few companies lately. "No worries, glad I could help."I'm ordering both sizes and will post my findings when I learn more.

Question 2

I wear a man's size 15 shoe, would these fit big toe ? I 'm 6'4'' but I have a thin feet although long.Thanks

Yes, definitely! I'm 6'11" and wear size 15 also and they fit very well.  They are made to be cut down for shorter toes but fit me very well "as-is".  The only caution I have is they seem to lose their elasticity after about a week and do not stay on the toe well after that so order accordingly.  They are easily cleaned with soap and water and I have them on my reorder list as I type this.  Great product!

Do these work well on a hammer toe?  Thank you.

That is exactly what I use these for and they are perfect! They are soft, comfortable, keeps the toe straight and, in my case, keeps the hammer toe from sliding under the toe next to it.  My podiatrist gave these to me after surgery and have been using them ever since.  They are also washable.  But don't wear them with flip flops, you will lose them.

I have cearbly palsy ware an afo on my left foot. Causes calluse on my big toe what to you recommend

I have small ones that fit my normal toes and fingers....I also have large ones that fit my big toe and thumb....Why they don't make mediums I don't know....So, if you have calluses on your big toe I would get the large size....I put a little lotion or cream on the calluse before I put the ZenToes cap on and over time it will remove the calluse…..Be careful to take the cap off from time to time and wash it with warm water and soap to make sure you don't get any infection.....I like the skin color caps because they blend better....I hope this helps....KW
