This product is pretty great. It is very durable, made of metal, but even more importantly, the clip is durable. My child wears a Spibelt to school every day and I got these tags to put on it. They've held up well for over a year. I recommend them highly.

Heavy duty
These are nice sized amd heavy Wright. We use ours for zipper pull on the compartment for epipen on child's school bag as an indicator. Right sized so it doesn't get caught on anything.

Heavy weight tags
They get the job done for now. I do wish they were more noticable for the EpiPen part. The little clips on the tags are not great quality at all. They are thin and flexy. But the tags are a nice weight so the clip should be sturdier. I use these tags on an active elementary schooler small fanny pack medical bag that is carried cross chest everywhere he goes. I've had to adjust the tags many times. They slip with the clip. Update: 6 months later with my ain't bringing his medical bag around 20 times out with us. The CLIP that holds the epeipensign BROKE. I knew it qas poor quality. Now it's confirmed. For reference we have Keychain and popit charms that are carried on backpacks that are used way more often and they haven't broken. The clips that hold the rags needs to be better.

Its a very thick stamped metal.
I thought it would be a little thin sheet metal tag but was surprised to see it's as thick as a coin with stamped lettering.
