very effective product.
having had bad guts for almost 2 years & dealing with frequent loo runs really impacting on my life & trying other products with various degrees of success i decided to give this a go.I have taken it every day for 10 weeks up to now & can say as the weeks have ticked on by that i have had a really good response from my body.maybe 1 off day every 2-3 weeks but nothing like previously.excellent product if you give it time to work.
