For the price, at first may turn you off.... But once you are able to get this thing to work and pick the right scent, this will give your entire house a beautiful smell. If you've ever been to a 4 or 5 star hotel, and not matter where you went within that hotel it had a specific scent, this is similar to the machines they use. It's made of quality material. Does not make any loud noise at all.... You end up realizing after you've spent the money on it that it was indeed worth the price, because it supercedes the value completely. It's easy to put together, I think the lock and key is a waste, if that key gets lost it can become very frustrating, as it will not be easy to open. It should be a screw on instead of a key to lock it. The screen is very confusing, I kind of felt like you have to be an electrical engineer to understand how to use it. The app is okay once you get to understand it, it's not well thought out or user friendly at all, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes bearable.... Now, the app is very buggy, some days it is hard to sign in, other days it kicks you out, and when it does the unit isn't functional unless you manually turn it on. The app only works on wifi, no matter what I tried, the cellular will not work, so I don't understand why it's an option. I would like to turn it on before I get home so I can walk into the house smelling amazing. The scents for this machine are amazing, although expensive, but worth it because as big as this machine is, it really doesn't use a lot of the scent. The app tells you how many days the scent will last, not sure how accurate it is, but I've been using it every day and it says I have 38 days left of usage compared to the 50 days it started with. And when I look at the bottle, I have more than half left. I also tried to use it for the HVAC system, but for some reason it didn't work, I'm sure I did something wrong. With that said, buy it, get it on sale, and you will thank me for it later.

We purchased the Smart Scent in March of 2024 for the 2nd time. Our first one had an accident when the installer (aka..."ME") didn't use wall anchors in sheetrock and while changing the scent, the entire unit fell and hit the tile floor. * CUSTOMER SERVICE - In Feb 2024, our second unit stopped working but it wasn't due to the product. Long story...but it was a power surge that caused the problem. Anyway, I sent an email to [email protected] and to my surprise, I received a reply. After 2 follow up emails they sent me a new unit. I also want to mention that each of the 3 emails, I received the reply the next morning. In today's customer service world this is great communication and with the final result of sending me a new unit this was EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. * PRODUCT REVIEW - The SmartScent works as described. The scent isn't overwhelming, it is just in the background. I mean...it isn't like spraying a can of air freshner. It is almost not noticible but always there. Many guest has mentioned the nice smell in our house. I installed the unit in the AC Air Handler and connected the included clear hose to the Cold Air Vent. It was an easy install, I simply made a hole just large enough for the plastic hose and put some duct tape around the house to make a good seal. The SmartScent App makes it easy to program. You can program the system to spray as often as you like. The only things that are missing is that there is no warning when the scent needs filled. However to get around that the App will calculate the number of days that the scent will last based on your personal settings. I just make a mark on my Calendar to check it based on the calculations. One thing that is missing is there is no apparent way to signal the machine to spray. I wish that I could use the App to immediately spray. It only works based on your App's configuration.

I had high hopes for the JCLOUD Upgrade Smart Scent Air Machine, but this product failed in nearly every way. Despite all the lofty claims, it simply doesn’t perform as advertised. First off, disbursement is awful. The scent barely makes it past the unit itself, let alone covering anything close to the 2,000 sq. ft. they claim. I placed it in a 400 sq. ft. living room and the fragrance never even reached the other side of the room. You basically have to be standing right next to it to notice anything. Second, the unit is almost entirely app-dependent. Yes, they say you can use it without the app, but without it, you're stuck with a useless default mode that sprays for 5 seconds and then pauses for 4 minutes—which is practically ineffective. And the app itself is clunky and unreliable. What really bothered me was the contradiction in the installation process. The unit requires HVAC integration for full performance, yet the warning clearly states that running it without the HVAC system can cause damage—either to the aroma unit or your HVAC. This is incredibly concerning and something that should be clearly highlighted before purchase, not buried in the fine print. Overall, this product is overhyped and underdelivers. Between the poor scent coverage, required reliance on a sketchy app, and the potential for damage to your home’s systems, it’s just not worth the risk or the money.

Sleek design. Quiet. Easy to use the app. Can easily match your decor at home. We have yet to test it with the HVAC system attached but overall very good quality.

Doesn’t make a strong smell

This expensive aroma diffuser is not working at all I have 500 sqft studio apartment and we barely can smell anything with the highest output settings So disappointing
