With my luck I have both varicose and spider veins in my legs. The ingredients in this from ancient times are believed to help blood flow and vein valves. I can tell the difference when I haven’t taken vs. when I have. I move better with the supplement. i have not noticed any side effects or stomach issues. I would rather take a lower cost supplement, 1 per day than have expensive surgery that probably won’t work. But this does for me so far.

I bought TerraVita brand 'Red Vine Leaf Extract' in pill form in an attempt to lessen my very bad case of spider veins and vericose vein in my left leg. Dr Berg did not mention a specific brand, but that was the brand I purchased. I went thru 3 months of them, with NO improvement in lessened pain or reduction in spider veins. I decided to try another brand, and I had no idea when I chose 'Vinatura' (might of been on sale). This brand also has chesnut root--not just red vine leaf. I just finished my 2nd bottle and logged on to purchase another. Why? Because it is working somewhat. I have NOT had any throbbing pain in my leg since using this product. The vein has not gone down in thickness--but there is no pain. My spider veins are still there--but they are lightening some on the calf, but still dark around the ankle. Suffice to say, I will keep using this product further, in hopes that with prolonged use, the effects will be even more.

This was purchased hoping to help red spots and broken veins on face. I also have a bad varicose vein behind one knee from pregnancy. This is my second bottle and the facial redness is almost gone. There are few spider veins but they seem to be going away. The varicosevein behind knee has places where it does not show. More of a broken line than before. No side effects that I have noticed.

The varicose veins on my thigh started to retreat after about 3 weeks! I had varicose after having my 2nd child. It didn't go away and was even more noticable after I returned to work. I tried cream, stockings and other supplements but none worked. (My weight meanwhile returned to pre-pregancy). I thought this supplement wouldn't work either after the first weeks so give it time! I will continue to use and finger crossed varicose will disappear completely, on my 2nd bottle now. Thank you dr Berg, amazing!

This works amazingly well. I saw a major difference in swelling and pain in my legs in 2 days however after the 3rd day, I started getting headaches. I became concerned so I stopped taking them after the 4th day. I decided to give it one more try after that 2nd day of stopping the first time. I started to get the same headache again so I have ceased taking them. I recommend giving it a try if you do not get the headaches as it really does make a huge significant difference in pain and swelling of the legs. I really wish I could continue to take them but I just can't deal with the headaches.

I am a male in my early 50’s. I bought these after watching Dr Berg on YouTube as I have a varicose vein on my left leg which causes lots of pain, swelling and discomfort, plus it looks ugly. I have a job that requires standing all day and was wearing compression socks but they are really uncomfortable on hot days. I immediately noticed a difference after taking these for a few days. No swelling, no pain and I can wear shorts with low cut socks on hot days without looking slightly deformed in the leg. Have since ordered more bottles as I cannot find vine leaf at this strength anywhere else. Super impressed
