I needed an iron supplement that didn’t upset my stomach these have been perfect. Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and my iron levels have improved at my last checkup. Great value and quality!

Great alternative to 65mg Ferrous Sulphate. Less constipation..

When asked to "rate features," I gave the following: Easy to swallow - 5/5. The pills aren't large, and the capsule part is pretty soft. I used to take three pills at once each night (as in, one swallow), then added this one as a fourth pill and still don't have any issues getting them all down. Even people don't do great with pills should be okay. Flavor - 4/5. It's got a strange starchy/cardboardy aftertaste, but since I brush my teeth immediately after taking the pill, this doesn't throw me off too much. Absorbency - 5/5, as far as I can tell. I have no idea. It seems to be doing the job. For the money, it's a great value, and if you need an iron pill that's easy to swallow, this is your jam.
