Even though Pompeian and Star are the same level of acidity, Star tastes sharper and more acidic. I’m surprised how much I like Pompeian on a salad, because I like salad dressings that are more acidic. Pompeian comes in a plastic bottle, and Star comes in a glass bottle. Pompeian is easier to find on Amazon. All a matter of personal preference.
