At first, I was skeptical about buying this type of faucet for cheap. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. This has been a great faucet so far. we have been using it for about 6 months now without any complaints. Pros: -color and finish is beautiful -Spray feature is strong and works well -has great flow -the handle has a nice firm feel like many of the higher end brands -the flexibility and range is excellent -Installation was very easy Cons: I honestly do not have any cons about this faucet. If this is the style of faucet you are looking for, go ahead and pull the trigger on it. I would highly recommend to anyone that is worried about it being cheaply made.

The color is beautiful, champagne bronze and perfectly matches my cabinet handles, this was easy to install by the plumber, and when I clean it looks like new. It does not get marked by water spots like our old matte black that never looked cleaned. Great quality and expensive look to the kitchen, but sometimes wish I would gone with something more of an elegant look than the industrial; I feel like it takes away from my elegant, beautiful white Taj Mahal counter tops. Great Choice regardless!…Easy of use, good water pressure, good value, beautiful color.

Gold and bold. The center piece of the island and looks stunning. This was a combo sale and purchased together as a set. Affordable than other websites. This faucet has a 2 flow settings. Straight and stream. No splashes and has a smooth flow. Some people complained of how the hose becomes loose. Yes, it does and all ypu do is pull it out gently and it retracts to its own. I love the coil design. Have had for months and no issues. We had a plumber install it without issues. Good quality and great design.

I had been wanting an industrial looking faucet, so when our current faucet finally broke, I began searching for an industrial looking one that would work. I wanted one that wasn't too tall, didn't have unnecessary features, and, most importantly, it had to fit and operate within the narrow space between the faucet opening in the sink and the vertical wall and horizontal counter/bar that are right behind where the faucet would be. Most industrial types, as I quickly discovered, are very tall, have multiple functions, and require a lot of space for the handle to operate. The Kraus was about the only one I found that fit all my criteria. My plumber had never heard of the company, but the faucet had arrived very well packaged, was heavy, and seemed well made and sturdy, so we hoped for the best. The height was perfect, and there was enough room behind for the handle to fully function, but, as the plumber was installing it, he discovered that the handle didn't quite have enough room to operate to the side because it was too close to a soap dispenser pump! To remove the pump would have left an open hole in the sink, so I quickly prayed, and God suggested I have the plumber rotate the faucet handle toward the front (4:00), rather than to the side (3:00). Perfect! It's actually more convenient with the handle toward the front, and it doesn't look odd either. I love the faucet! I've had it for several months, and it works great, looks great, and I've had no trouble with it at all. I also purchased the matching soap dispenser, and I like it too. (I have 2 soap dispensers--one that matched my previous faucet for dish soap, and the Kraus for handsoap.) I highly recommend the Kraus faucet.

We've had this for about 6 months now. I like the look of it and the finish seems good, no wear marks on the handle or sprayer from daily use. The spray function returns to normal if you turn it off, then back on again, and does not stay on with a low flow. The biggest issue I have is it does not return to the holder automatically. If you're used to the ones that do and either accidentally drop it or miss when you return the handle to the holder, you're probably going to get sprayed. The springiness of the top will send it flailing. It's happened enough that I'm looking for a new one. No real qualms about quality, no issues installing. The hose length is adequate and on par with others. If the lack of retuning to the holder isn't an issue, it's a nice faucet.

Excellent product. Beautiful finish, great performance and easy to install. Usually purchase Kohler or Delta. This faucet was half the price and just as good. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product listing clearly shows a brand-new faucet, but what I received was obviously used and previously installed. As you can see in my photos: • There are visible scratches and chipped paint on the base • The spray head had water residue and buildup, which should never happen with a new item • Parts looked like they had already been handled and possibly installed before This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product labeled as new. When you buy something like this, you expect it to be clean, unused, and in perfect condition, not something that looks returned and repackaged. Very frustrating experience. I now have to deal with the return process and delays for something that should have been right the first time. I would not recommend buying this unless you’re okay risking receiving a used item.

Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house - which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years. This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece. Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don't leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet - but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge. The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing. Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that. Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area. Very happy with this faucet.

Looks great and simple to install. Love the quick connect feature and that they provide a higher flow restriction option that is simple to swap out. The connection under the counter is a typical threaded plate but you needn't worry about tightening it fully - there are 2 screws that you tighten to secure the plate - nice feature.
