Great Price, Good Build Quality and Works! (P.S This is NOT A Quick Charger)
So this isn’t going to be the longest review as there’s not a great deal you can say about a USB wall charger but here ya go! The Anker USB 4.8A/24W 2-Prt USB charger just works! You plug it in to a wall socket, press the switch, plug in a USB cable, attach it to your device and hey presto it starts charging! The build quality is good, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break any time soon and the USB cable when plugged into the port feels solid and not like it will come out or work it’s way loose. Bare in mind that this is an OPTIMISED charger not a QUICK CHARGER, this is not a Qualcomm Fast Charge 2.0/3.0 capable charger and it won’t fast charge your phone/device. I mainly bought it for use at work to keep my phone charge topped up while it’s sat on my desk which it does perfectly. This is not intended to be used to fast charge your device to 80%+ charge within 20 mins etc.. If you need a device that will fast charge using QualComm quickcharge technology you’d need a Wall charger like this Anker 18W 3Amp Quick Charge 3.0 USB Wall Charger or this USB-C type Anker 30W Power IQ 3.0 USB C Charger, PowerPort III mini So far from using the charger it has done what it’s supposed to and my phone (Samsung S9+ happily receives a charge from it). I use this Anker PowerLine+ USB-C to USB 3.0 cable which is fast charging compatible cable if you did choose a fast charger which works perfectly! Overall I can’t fault the product, it does what it says and can charge up to 2 devices at the same time at standard charging speeds. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional quality, exceptional price
Well what can I say - I couldn't have expected any less from Anker. I love everything Anker and can't recommend them enough to friends and family from Micro USB, USB-C & Lightning cables to speakers and chargers they are excellent! So, on that note here goes my review... 1) Packaging - typical Anker packaging which is understated but of a premium quality, exactly what I'd suspect from Anker. The item lies inside a nicely branded box and the inner reveals a delicately packaged USB charger. 2) Product quality - the perfect three pin plug with just the right amount of branded, nicely finished plastics (part is matte and the other areas a gloss feel) with two sturdy USB ports, no wobbling or anything as you insert your USB's! 3) Product functionality - I bought this plug to charge my Google Pixel and girlfriends phone in the night, no more squabbling over USB ports! I inserted a... you guessed it an Anker braided Micro USB cable (10ft) and Anker USB-C cable (3ft). For me, it was all about the fast charging, if my Pixel could fast charge using this charger then the product was the nuts... of course it did! Thanks to the IQ charging technology my phone is able to charge from flat to full in little over an hour. So to conclude my review I was given this item as a device to test by Anker as part of their Power user scheme. I joined this scheme as I was such an avid fan of Anker products and the quality they offer. I can without doubt say that the quality of their products are better than significantly more expensive equivalents

Faster than the OEM chargers!
I bought this charger as an addition to the existing chargers that came with my phone and tablet so I could charge them in other areas without having to keep unplugging and moving the original ones. Because of the space limitations of where I wanted to plug in the charger I wanted one with sockets on the front, rather than the sides, so this Anker charger fitted the bill perfectly. The first time I charged my phone with this charger I was surprised to notice how quickly it appeared to charge and the same applied with my tablet (both Samsung products). I decided to look at the original Samsung chargers to determine the power output of each - I was already aware that the tablet charger was more powerful than the phone one but that's not surprising as the tablets battery is significantly larger. I was surprised to see that the phone charger was 1000mA (1A) and the tablet one was 2000mA (2A) - both were less powerful than the Anker charger, which can supply 2.4A per socket / 4.8A in total. Given the low cost of the charger I have decided to buy another one to put in my usual charging location in place of the two Samsung chargers, thus saving a plug socket AND providing a faster charge! Further more, I would choose to take this Anker charger on any trips away from home as, as well as being more powerful, it takes up less space than the original Samsung chargers and only requires one socket at the other end. Additionally, as it utilises Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) technology it is compatible with worldwide mains voltages so only a basic travel adaptor is required.

It charges and looks good doing it. 4 stars pending update.
I paid full price for this product and did not receive this product for free or at a discount. I just aim to review well and leave no stone unturned so as to help others. Price - A little more than what I would be willing to usually pay at £8.99, but the power of the comments forced my commitment to buy. I hope your all right. Delivery - This came a day sooner than the estimated date. Yay. Packaging - This has been thought about and done very well. The box is the correct size and was heat shrink wrapped. Well branded with minimalist artwork. The plug was also wrapped and sat in cardboard sleeve with cut outs for the pins. With this, the plug was well protected. In the box - USB charger Welcome guide Customer service card Looks/Feel - Sleek looking with a matt finish around the pins and a gloss finish on the usb housing/barrel, this has anker branding on one side. The usb sockets face front out when the plug is in a socket. The plug feels sturdy and well built. It is very lightweight and quite compact. Size/Spec - H.50mm L. 55mm (exclusive of pins) W. 25mm (usb housing) 24W double insulated with plastic earth pin. Initial thoughts - Good product and seems it wasn't made on the cheap. Looks as good as it could really and is not too big and bulky. 1st use - feels sturdy in the socket and not too intrusive. My usb cables also feel sturdy when inserted with no wiggle room. I have charged a phone and a tablet together. These were fully charged in good time possibly a little faster than past chargers I have used but definitely no slower. Wish me luck! 1 week update - Still going strong. The charger still works well and charges as fast as it did on the 1st use. The charger has had a lot of use with myself and my partner charging our phones daily and also using it to charge 2 tablets often. My usb cables have been pulled and tugged at on my occasions by the children and the sockets still feel as smooth when inserting the cables as the did from brand new. Still happy. 1 month update - to follow Summery - I would recommended this product due to its build quality and hopefully it's longevity (only time will tell), great product if it lasts. If you are thinking of buying this product i would say go for it based on first impressions.

Anker Quality As Usual
I think I have come to the stage where; whenever I look at chargers cables or batteries I always think Anker. It comes in a nice tidy little box. You can tell from the beggining before even opening it that the product is going to be well made as it has little bit of weight to it. 2 USB slots is definitely a +. Can charge 2 devices with one plug which gives me room to charge something else or plug in an appliance, so definitely useful. Charge speed is also faster with this plug leaving my apple and sumsung plugs redundant now. It makes life a little bot more seamless as it gives you the freedom by having 2 slots and giving a good charge. I do like the silky finish but a matte would have been better as you wont have to keep wiping it for smudges. Price wise it is definitely extremely affordable and competitive with the like of RavPower etc. If you are looking for a new plug, you will not be disappointed if you get this. Its so good I bough one for a relative after testing this one. I got this item to test from Anker as well as buying one for a relative. My review is honest and unbiased.

Prefect and is as powerful as claimed (meaning a much faster charge)
Plug is great and when under load, holds the current it is supposed to. It successfully gives a much faster charge on both my phone and tablet, even when both are connected at the same time. Also, at times, I use a 3 metre power lead on my tablet (an upgrade from adding a usb extension cable to my standard charge lead / cable). Problem with that, is the loss of energy (through both the cable length and the plugs that join them together); especially when using the usb extension cable. Using a long charge cable / power lead, means that you loose some of the current (electric) along the way. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue. But, because standard usb chargers only put out a very small amount of current (electric) in the first place - a fraction more than you need just to run most devices, let alone charge them, even a small loss is a big issue! That's why some devices come with a really short usb lead. If watching my tablet at the same time as charging it, using the original charge cable, the tablet gains a steady charge. But, when using a usb extension cable or using the extra long 3 metre cable, the tablet only just about received enough power (current) to keep it from losing charge and going flat, but not enough to actually charge it. That's where plugs like this comes in, and it's fantastic at doing its job! Although, when using the original lead, I don't always use this / the more powerful plug, because yes, it does fast charge, but you should be cautious of always fast charging devices, because a standard charge speed may be better for your battery over time (that's why car battery chargers have a booster option for an occasional fast charge, but are generally set to a medium charge speed as standard).

Compact, fast, and reliable—solid dual charger that powers two devices without slowing down
Decent bit of kit for daily charging—two USB ports push out a full 2.4A each, even when used together. PowerIQ tech auto-adjusts to your device, so phones, tablets, and accessories get optimal speed without overheating. Used it with Galaxy phones, iPads, and soundcards—no lag, no fuss. Build’s solid—compact enough for travel, and the plug fits firm in wall sockets without wobble. Doesn’t block adjacent sockets either. Ideal for drivers, renters, or anyone who wants one charger that handles two devices cleanly. Perfect for site kits, bedside setups, or travel bags where space and speed matter. Minor gripe: no USB-C port—strictly standard USB-A, so you’ll need the right cable. 👍 Pros ✅ Dual 2.4A ports—fast charging for two devices ✅ PowerIQ tech—auto-optimises speed per device ✅ Compact and travel-friendly ✅ Doesn’t block nearby sockets ✅ Reliable build—no overheating or dropouts 👎 Cons ❌ No USB-C port—USB-A only ❌ Doesn’t include cables ❌ Basic packaging—no extras
