It's button batteries - nothing else.
Slightly different packaging from the image shown, but they are batteries - mass produced, and functional. They seem to work just fine. Very cheap.

Don’t buy cheap button batteries!
I bought these for my brother in laws car keys! I was given a clue ref those kind of key fob batteries, from a technician who repairs them, that is, DON’T buy cheep button batteries! I did this for my grandson’s car keys that appeared NOT to work! I inserted the battery, pressed the button, BINGO, the car opened, locked etc! Don’t buy cheap button batteries!
