Paul Smith Rose Eau De Parfum, 100ml

Light pleasant fragrance.

I was doubtful of buying a perfume that was unknown to me without smelling it first, but this is wonderful. Yes, it smells like a rose, but so much more. It’s soft and feminine, and has staying power. It dries down to a nice complex floral smell, not overly rosy. I’ve been keeping it in my living room and spraying a tiny bit in the air because I enjoy it so much. My husband also remarked how good it smells, and he has never commented on any of my perfumes before. The 100 ml bottle is huge, and the price is therefore very reasonable. I’ll buy this again, highly recommend.

I bought this perfume based on the strength of all you other lovely reviewers who rated it so highly, and I am so glad I did - it is fantastic! It does smell of a very delicate rose, but there is more to it - very sophisticated and feminine - really, really love it, so a big thanks for the reviews on here. I will be keeping this one as my personal favourite. Beautifully packaged as well. The box is pretty enough, but when you open the box up, the actual bottle is inside a cotton, draw-string miniture rose-print bag!!! Little touches that make it even more special - and great if you are sending as a gift. I cannot think of any woman who would not love this scent. Good value for 100mls too!! Highly recommended. I was very excited to try this perfume after reading the other reviews i needed a perfume to replace my bottle of Flower Bomb after my sons friends emptied it at his birthday party - not v.pleased . I must say i was a bit let down, don't know what roses smell like in other places but they must smell different here, it was a nice scent but not like a real fresh rose . It reminded me of when i was a child and i visited my great Aunt (so it does smell like old lady perfume) who had a cream prefume in a pink glass jar which smelled just like this- I think it was from Avon but this was over 30 years ago. I will keep looking for my perfect scent (or maybe get more flower bomb?) and while looking will use this as it is nice, it gets better throughout the day and is cheap enough for me to use as an every day scent .

I absolutely love this perfume - now very difficult to get hold of. I adore rose based smells and I think this is the very best. If you find it - buy immediately!!

Love this perfume but I can't find it anywhere

As a fan of all things rose-scented, I've always wondered if Paul Smith's Rose was actually as 'rosey' as its name might suggest. Having found it so reasonably priced, I decided to risk trying it and was not disappointed! It has a 'true rose' scent - not sickly and artificial. The packaging (it comes in a beautiful box, inside a rose-printed, drawstring bag) was an added bonus. The smell does not 'wear off' quickly as other products often do, so I shall be buying more very soon - it beats many other similar scents in price and quality. If you are a fan of good, old-fashioned, flower scents, then this is the one for you!
