Initially too puffy, but I was pleasantly surprised after a couple of days!
👍 At first, this pillow felt almost too puffy for me to get comfortable, but after a few nights of use, it softened up and became incredibly comfortable. It now provides the perfect amount of support and feels just right for sleeping, haven’t noticed it staying cool for long but initially it is nice and cool enough to get your head down and drift off to sleep. Although not memory foam quality in terms of moulding to your head and neck for the price it is still a great alternative and does hold pretty well. Definitely a great purchase once it settles in and has provided a nice comfortable sleep since I’ve started using.

Great pillows
I've had these for just over a year now so finally reviewing them. They're great pillows, I just wish they had a small zip on them to be able to remove the stuffing and refill it. As I move a lot in my sleep and the stuffing had bunched up a lot so I ended up making some small holes, adding buttons and regularly pulling the filling apart like that. I would say they're probably medium firm pillows which is perfect for me. They're easy to wash which is perfect for me as I wash them regularly. Honestly can't fault them at all

Missing pillows but they are comfy!
Received a pack of 2 instead of 4 which I ordered. Trying to get the other 2 pillows but is proving difficult as this is not a product shipped by Amazon. The pillows we did receive though are comfortable.

Must buy if you suffer neck pain
Perfect , soft but firm, I have arthritis in my neck and have struggled for a decent pillow that doesn’t collapse or go lumpy . This has made my pain and sleep more manageable

Good Pillows
In the past I have bought the Hotel range pillows, but I thought I would try the Luxury collection. They seem soft but even after a few weeks to have lost their bounce slightly. I would purchase again.
