Every time you do work with electrical systems, either in your house or at work, you should check the wires aren’t live. Touch the wires with the metal end of these testers and if the light at the other end of the tester lights up, or even glimmers the wire is live and therefore still dangerous. These tools are perfect for the job, big enough to fit in your shirt pocket so you can find them quickly and easy to use.

Product is OK and the right price once you get to it but it really is not easy to get to it at all. Sticky label still attached to each screwdriver.

I have been using these for more years than i care to remember.... and lost them all at some point! These are a great value set fitting the smaller and larger terminals in electrical units. The neon light is bright enough to see when testing. I always test a known live circuit each time i use it so that i know it is working.... Never make assumptions in electrical work! The blades are cleanly cut and fit all slots with ease. These are not power drivers and can break under pressure, but they should be enough to undo the majority of terminals, plug tops, fuses etc.... if you are using a lot of pressure, you probably need a standard screwdriver, but electrical terminals should never be that tight anyway! For the price, sticking one of these in your tool case or kitchen drawer is a small amount to pay... it could save your life, especially if you are one of those that shouldn't be meddling!

Great that it’s a 2 piece set. Quality could be a little more sturdy but good sizes and easy to use.

Achat en contrôle d'une prise récalcitrante. Ces détecteurs de tension sont un bon rapport qualité prix, article solide "éviter tout de même de s'en servir comme tournevis pour serrer de gros dominos "et qui remplissent parfaitement leurs rôle. Penser à bien appuyer sur la petite platine au dessus des tournevis pour détecter la tension, ils s'allument en contact d'une phase malgré la faible luminosité et semble bien isolé. Il sont très pratique et leurs qualités semble satisfaisante. Je recommande ce produit. Die beiden Schraubendreher bzw. Spannungsprüfer wirken für den gelegentlichen Einsatz ausreichend robust. Die Funktion ist einwandfrei. Würde das Produkt hier wieder kaufen.

Diesen Doppelpack habe ich gleich mit der Zange mitbestellt. Wie schon gesagt brauche ich selber bauen meines Hauses, auch hier passt die Qualität für diesen Aufwand ich es brauche. Preislich finde ich das Angebot auch sehr gut.
