Dual Action Protein

Have used this protein drink fir 4 years! Has Alot of great ingredients in it! Gives me so much energy! I add banana - turmeric - cinnamon - spinach to the drink! I prefer the vanilla flavor versus the chocolate but have not been able to get back vanilla flavor as much last couple of months!

High quality protein. Dissolves easily although not the quickest dissolving protein powder I've ever tried. The vanilla flavor is very good, not artificial-tasting. For me, it's a good amount of sweetener, not sickly sweet and I don't have to add any additional sweetener. I do add a bit of honey if I'm adding a lot of fruit to the drink.

I have enjoyed Bluebonnet whey isolate for a long time & purchased this because of the purported longer duration of effect. Maybe it does that, can't tell, but the taste is not nearly as good. In fact I don't like the vanilla at all (my favorite in the regular whey isolate), although the chocolate is a bit better. Neither mix as well as the whey isolate, which just instantly mixes. This one tends to clump without longer mixing in a blender apparatus. I'll finish this one but ugh.

I choose this protein powder over other comparable protein powders because it is sweetened with stevia (a healthier sweetener) and because it has a great taste (not chalky).

This tastes yuck, it says no sugar but somehow contains stevia on the ingredient list.

I think that this protein powder is great overall. It tastes good, it is rBGH free, and it has a mix of whey and casein, which I like.
