Broke on first use.
When I first tried to use the item it shattered. I'm pretty sure it's defective. I barely put force on it and it broke. One piece flew off and I couldn't find it. The holes that you need to slip the drawstring through are small and the strings that come with it are much too large to use with the tool. I tried using the original drawstring that came with my hoodie and I ended up having to tape them together and pulling it through the hood. It's not worth my time to return the product so I'll just say buyer beware. This product is not very well constructed.
