I have used this twice, once weekly. If my hair needs washing usually because i should have done earlier in the week and I have dandruff) then 1) I wash first (I also have a show scalp massager which is just good to use) then whilst hair is wet (towelled). 2) I do a scalp massage for a few mins. 3) In sections I use the roller, do my parting and crown and my temples as they are problem areas. Each stroke is around half a finger length and i roll horizontally, vertically and diagonally both ways x10 for each direction (so a total of 40 stokes for each small area). 4) I then apply an oil mix using a brush (egg york and a specific oil mix i use otherwise you can use any of the usual stuff eg rosemary oil). It gets very stiff and sticky so i just push it into the scalp slightly. York is optional can skip if you dont have time. 5) An extra step but i apply amla oil to the rest of my hair avoiding the scalp. 5) I use cellphane wrap all my hair and leave for approx 5 hrs. Can do anything between 1 - 6 hrs. 6) Spray the roller and the lid well with isopropyl alcohol - leave to air dryer before putting away in the container. To wash out ever so slightly dampen hair and massage shampoo in leave for 15 mins then get in the shower and wash fully. (This method is a great trick for oiled hair to avoid greasy hair once shampood). If your hair doesn't need washing first then just just start from step 2. The derma roller doesn't hurt it slightly stings a little at some points but is totally painless, I keep the pressure light. The needles are 1.5 mm. Quality of this seems perfectly fine, the lid is snug but no issues at all.

Quite simply- this product is amazing! I turned 40 this year and while I am told I have good skin, I could definitely see certain areas that could do with some help. So after extensively reading all the reviews and not wanting to go down the surgery caught in a wind tunnel look... decided to go with this. I do look after my skin (Ex beauty therapist) but the difference in texture, little marks, a larger scar and how my products now work is just fantastic. It`s not something I would suggest you do if you`re looking for a chilled facial but it`s not sore, more uncomfortable for a short while. For the results though, it’s a small price! Your face is pretty red after, so I splash cold water on my face to take some of the heat out, then put some vitamin C serum on. After 20 mins pop on a cooling moisturizing mask and voila- all glowy and lovely! The other extra, for me anyway, is the customer service I have had from AVIBE. An email prior to the product arriving to run through again the instructions and a follow up email to add some more hints and tips and make sure I am happy with my purchase. All in all- great product and great service- thank you :o)

This product is well made and good quality. I have never used one before but really like it while only using it for a few weeks can see a change in skin texture as this gets beneath the skin. I also use a metal roller which is more skin surface. I would recommend using very gentle slow and sure movements and no pressure. It is a very unusual sensation and quite strange at then beginning but you get used to it. You skin will let you know if this is for you. Customer Service is excellent and when I emailed about a question of whether it is okay to use around the eye area (which I was informed it is but with obvious precautions around the eye) I received a prompt reply.

Excellent product, after only a few weeks has dramatically healed my stretch marks from pregnancy. I used the roller as instructions show gently in different directions on my belly for 10 mins every other day. A little redness at first and slight healing itch but noticed a big difference in just a week! Just have to run hot water over roller each time after and I am using bio oil, palmers cocoa butter creams or just boots basic coconut oil in the jar. The creams alone do nothing but as a massage after using the roller seems to help any tingling. If you have given up or consider laser techniques this is so worth a try!! Will keep using but now looking forward to bikini weather again, mind though to check product for suitability for face etc as i am only using for tummy and company sell finer ones for facial scarring. Great value for the results!

The roller arrived well packaged and I immediately got to work on preparing myself for my rolling treatment. NOTE - You are required to sterilise the roller before use, which makes sense. Performing my first roll was a strange feat as the roller felt extremely uncomfortable as it passed across my skin. I zoned my face into 4 areas to make sure I was focused on doing it properly. Each zone needed me to roll a Union Jack motif, which means I am performing 6 rolls on the same piece of skin in 4 directions. When you start this is a slow process and the art is to keep the roller in a straight line, this is surprisingly challenging especially as our faces contour and the associated pain. If you do not roll straight you can scratch your skin which adds more irritation. After all 4 zones you should look like a foolish day at the beach with no sun protection... Not a good look, so don't expect to be going out after a treatment unless it's Halloween. Doing rolling for a month now I've noticed no real improvement in my skin tone, I roll 3 times a week and apply enough skin products to assist with results and do this religiously. The real secret to good skin is more about looking after yourself. Drink plenty of water, East clean healthy foods and that appears to have a far greater impact on skin tone and puffiness. I am sticking with the roller for now 6 weeks on as I've become use to it, the process becomes quicker to perform as well.

Essendo un uomo, e quindi avendo la pelle più spessa di una donna, ho voluto provare il dermaroller da 1.5mm sulla faccia, dopo aver sperimentato prima lo 0.5 e l’1mm. Questo mi dava sicurezza come modello e lo consiglio anche per il cuoio capelluto prima dell’abituale trattamento anti caduta (minixidil). Raccomandato per tali usi.

die narben von pickel verschwinden viel schneller wenn man das teil 4 mal die woche verwendet. ich verwende es fast täglich halt nicht so starck drücken und trage meine creme oder serum auf. es zieht schnell auf und die haut polstert sich auf. habe es auch an meinen beinen ausprobiert da diese sehr sehr trocken sind. leicht drüber und die creme lässt sich leichter auftragen und zieht sehr gut ein.. für jeden hauttyp geeignet.......... nur nicht zu dolle drücken. aber das hat man schnell raus. die lieferung kam schnell und der preis ist dafür bombe.
