Groov-e KIDZ - DJ-Style Wired Headphones for Kids - Pink

I bought these for my five year old daughter to use with the in-car DVD player whilst driving on our holidays. Over the two weeks holiday these headphones have been well used. They have also been dropped and trodden on and thankfully have lived to play another day with no evidence of their misfortune. Despite the relatively rough handling that these earphones have had to endure they have faired exceptionally well. They still look good and the sound quality is as good as it was when they were fresh out of the box. My daughter tells me that they are comfortable and they fit her well. She loved the colour too. The headphones are fully adjustable and can be extended to fit an adult. What I would say though is that my daughter wears the headphones on the smallest adjustment and while they are quite snug like that I'm not sure if these headphones would fit a child much younger than 5. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. So too was my daughter and we would recommend this item to others.

I have to say I am delighted with these headphones, albeit I have only had them one day. My daughter who is nearly 3 wanted some for her iPod. I have to say the fit is perfect, and hopefully, they will last her years to come. Having tried them on myself, I can say that they are comfortable. My initial thoughts when I opened the package is that the product is well made, sturdy, but incredibly light. For the actual cost, I was pleasantly surprised. I was struggling to find a similar product for a similar price anywhere else, both online and in the shops. There is no volume control, they are pretty much plug in and away you go. They can be adjusted, but as I have said, for my daughters head size, the smallest setting was perfect. No issues with the sound and or product. Highly recommended.

I think this product is great it's durable the quality of the music in these headphones are quite satisfying , if you are purchasing this product for a child you must be mindful of the white on the headphones, as I found that they stain easily and can look quite dirty after a while and it is not very appealing to the eye ; the cleaning can be quite difficult as you may damage the headphones. But all in all i enjoy using these headphones and they don't look as childish as I thought they would when I purchased them . I'm a happy bunny x over a year later i've used them for over a year and just now they've broken which is imppressive as i thought \they would not last as long but i'm upset about it as i loved these headphones but i just purchased a new set from a different brand i made sure not to purchase headphones with white as it stains

Wonderful pair of headphones. They have stood up to regular use from a two and three year old. No issues to report with over three months use. They fit well, are comfy and my girls love them. Good sound quality and I have borrowed them on occasion with no complaints from me either. Overall I would recommend them to anyone Edit- Dec 2021 We have just lost sound on one pair and the other is still going strong. They have lasted through my two young daughters and my now 2 year old son. So definitely worth buying.

The build quality of this product is good, as far as I used them. We used the headphones for our kids on a ski holiday where they have to sit 2 full days in the car with dvd players to watch a movie. Sound quality is good. I read in some reviews that the jack could easily come off but we didn't have that problem (yet?) Personally I think you cannot expect more quality at this price. Children are children so I don't expect it to last more than 2 years anyway. Though I think they will last at least a few years, as long as you try to be gentle with it. Fits perfectly on the ears of my 5y and 2,5y old children.

For the price these are excellent value and headphones for children. This is the second pair I have purchased. The first in 2011 for my oldest daughter, and after 9 years of lots of use, passed down to younger siblings, they have started to not work, can’t believe they lasted so long so have now brought a second pair exactly the same, for my youngest child. My kids say they are comfy and they prefer these to the small ear plugs until they hit their teenage years . Even my husband has borrowed these headphones and got on with them. Great buy.

My initial impression of these headphones was good. Attractive design, quality sound output and my children loved them. However, after only a couple of weeks, they became faulty. The sound would only work if the jack was in a particular position and wasn't moved. The wiring obviously isn't very durable, so we returned them. Other smaller negatives also became apparent. I don't think these have a safety volume limiter to protect childrens' ears. Many other brands limit their output to a safe level of around 80-90dB, these don't appear to do the same. We tested them and they were awfully loud on full volume. This is a concern. The other niggle is that my child complained that they weren't overly comfortable on her ears after long periods, but this could be a personal preference. We have now bought a different brand that has the maximum volume limited and appears to be more comfortable to wear. I don't think these are terrible and may suit others perfectly, but we found room for improvement.

I bought this for my 4 year old child, so she can uses it in the car. She loved it. She says it is confortable and nice. Nice sound, not too heavy. The only problem is that she uses glasses and the headphone sometimes fights with the glasses...

My daughter loves her headphones. She uses them often, the only thing she complains about it that her ears get hot and sweaty.

A friend bought some for my daughter seeing as we fly long haul frequently and they are perfect, previously when listening to music, books, t.v., she wasn't able to hear it properly due to engine noise and was distracted. They also look very cool. Bought these for a friend who also loves them.
