Beautiful stone. Loved it

I liked the mineral it was nicely prepared and there's a but coming, I was slightly disappointed with the size you look at the item photo and expect it to be a little larger in real life. This is why I have not given full marks even though its a nice piece.

Lovely bookends that I bought to use as ornaments to go with an Agate slice I already have. From the listing photo I was expecting more of a brown outer but as every piece is uniquely individual I’m not bothered. They really are beautiful up close, I want to buy more but have nowhere to put them… yet… lol. Arrived well packaged and great value.

... else it will be too late to return it. (Mine was intended as a gift; so it remained unwrapped for too long.) Turned out to be garbage. NOTHING like the attractive example illustrated online to tempt purchase. Unattractive monochrome piece of rock cut in half - with a chip knocked out of one of the facing edges, presumably during inexpert polishing. Even my local charity shop didn't want it - so it's now in the bin, where it belongs. Look elsewhere ... [G Wilkinson : Jan.2025]

Very pleased with the bookends. I don’t think they would cope with lots of heavy books but they’re more decorative than anything. Really pretty stone. I painted the outside gold which worked really well. My only gripe is that I didn’t get an email or a text to tell me that they’d been delivered to my local post office. But that is probably no fault of the seller.
