With just the right amount of space for feelings before and after yoga (which encourages more practices) it has a table of poses, reps, and a blank space to put whatever you like (i like to put feelings and how much I love the pose) it helps me to get creative and think of more practices and positions. Love how I can flick back through my progress and see which things I loved and didn't like so much. The bottom has a space for notes so title of the practise or something special about the practice?
