Amazingly, it actually works
I'm always hugely suspicious of Amazon reviews. People give 5 stars to a lot of utter rubbish. This stuff, however, is flipping awesome. A week after I started taking it, I started to be able to lift significantly heavier weights. I'm not going to winning world's strongest man any time soon but this stuff absolutely works.

Only 2 a day
Good strength capsules, only need 2 a day. A lot of products are cheaper but you need to take 4 a day. Capsules are quite large so not suitable if you have trouble swallowing tablets.

Eliminated the need for measuring and no chance of making a mess , some my find it not very easy to swallow due to their size.

Excellent product - I have been using the powder version for over a year, but I am doing a 10-day mountain hike so wanted a capsule version for easy transport and usage - both are brilliant and good to have options whilst staying with the same brand - highly recommend this brand!

Passare dalla polvere alle compresse di Optimum Nutrition è stata una svolta. Chi si allena seriamente sa quanto possa essere scomodo portarsi dietro lo shaker o misurare i grammi ogni volta. Con queste compresse il problema è risolto. Perché le preferisco: Praticità assoluta: Le porto in borsa o in tasca e le assumo ovunque, senza bisogno di acqua specifica o di dover mescolare per minuti. Dosaggio preciso: Niente più bilancini. Sai esattamente quanta creatina stai assumendo con ogni compressa, il che rende il piano di integrazione molto più rigoroso. Digeribilità: Nonostante le dimensioni (sono capsule solide ma facili da deglutire con un bel sorso d'acqua), non mi hanno dato alcun fastidio gastrico, tipico a volte delle polveri meno raffinate. Qualità ON: Il marchio è una garanzia di purezza. Si sente la differenza in termini di recupero e volume muscolare dopo le prime settimane di carico costante. In sintesi: Costano leggermente di più della versione in polvere, ma il tempo e la praticità guadagnati valgono ogni centesimo. 5 stelle meritate.
