Value for money and works well
I've bought a few of these and for the money would give a five star rating. Being very picky, they aren't perfect and are probably mass produced in the far east? The saddles aren't the same high quality as some old USA fenders I've seen. The springs are fine as long as you don't require too much intonation adjustment. I usually change for pickup style springs. It's a full block (although obviously not steel) so they feel and look good. In truth it would take a better ear than mine to tell the difference between this block and some of the better thinner blocks. All in all, great value for money. Always arrive quicky too

Great Bridge replacement for sound improvement
This is well worth it for replacing original bridge on lower grade Strats. Sound clarity and reverb is dramatically improved to help produce bell like tones.

Can upgrade a squier affinity
Ordered wanting to upgrade my squier affinity and aware that some reviewers indicated that it wouldn’t fit. With some cutting out of the plastic backplate (rotary tool makes easy work) this bridge will fit and is a significant improvement on sound quality.

Great bridge, not for squires tho
A good solid bridge as it is an official Fender one. *WILL NOT FIT SQUIER AFFINITY*

Direct drop in for Squier Affinity Strat, worthwhile improvement.
Squier Strats (specifically Affinity in this case) have a 52.4mm string spacing which means quite a lot of the aftermarket upgrades won't fit, but this Fender bridge is an exact fit direct upgrade that will bolt right in. However, Affinity Strats have a slimmer body than the Fender Strats and the sustain block on this bridge is huge, much deeper than the original, if you want to put it on a Squier you will have to remove the back plate, the action block itself is slightly deeper than the body. Otherwise it's perfect, noticable improvement in tone/sustain and stability compared to the cheap soft metal original.

Inform others before purchase
Just a note that no tremelo are/bar or screws are supplied with this item, just the bridge... the bridge and block are slightly off so tremelo bar wont fit. Will have to remove in a few weeks when the strings are next being changed to adjust and try to fix it. The block seems decent enough, bit of a struggle to fit into the cavity.

Ni una pega a este tipo de producto. Indudablemente un icono de Fender a un precio ridículo. Bien es cierto que faltan los muelles y el enganche al cuerpo pero por lo demás es un auténtico chollo a este precio. Recomendado sin duda.

Tiene un sustain decente. OJO: Éste puente usa un brazo o whammy bar específico (algunos en las reviews piensan que está chueco pero NO, el tremolo es así y si intentan meter un brazo común sólo lo van a arruinar....)
