Just what I needed to to weld permanent jewelry. Ease of operation.

This welder is SO user friendly, portable, and welds like a dream. I bought this welder to start my permanent jewelry business and I am so happy I went with this one. Yes, it was an investment initially but I’ve already made my money back. I feel safe knowing this welder will not harm me or my client. Support is always available with sunstone too which is amazing!

Dear Customer Support, I bought the Orion mPulse Pulse Arc Welder. Sadly, the shade dial doesn't work, impacting usability. I followed all steps, but it's unresponsive. As this was vital for my purchase, I request a partial refund. Please guide me on the process. Thank you, Kathleen

Super bummed, my welder didn’t come with a nose to cover the electrode. All this time I was using the protectant cap, totally unaware, until I started watching some videos. Went back to the original box and looked through all the accessories and there wasn’t a nose piece. Still a great welder, but after spending $2300 I’m bummed I have to purchase another piece.

The Orion mpulse is the ONLY machine designed and fit for permanent jewelry. The Sunstone company offers free trainings on their website & supports the Permanent Jewelry community in so many ways. 10/10 recommend. I was able to launch our permanent jewelry in my shop and have grown to have 3 machines we use. Each was paid off and my ROI was more than 100x invested within the year.

We ordered this machine and it has stopped working just after the 30 day return window. I contacted the seller who told me I needed to talk to the manufacturer and we aren't able to return the machine. We are now stuck with an almost $2600 machine that doesn't work.

This machine is user friendly but definitely over priced.
