Absolutely amazing value for money!

Most wind instruments are difficult for the low notes but good at the higher notes. In contrast this whistle is pure and sweet at the low notes but less good at the higher notes.

Great little whistle!!!! I bought this as the first one i got elsewhere was so squeaky and the holes were hard, so I got this to try again with, and I am so pleased I did! Was looking at several penny whistles on here, and I bought this one as I loved one of the reviews (mentioned that it was good although an audience of rats now followed them!) which made me laugh and settle on this one. It is so easy to use, and once you get the breathing down and a bit of practice in there it is great fun and you can get a wonderfully large selection of tunes from it. Marvellous little instrument that is easy to take around with you in your pocket or bag for when the mood strikes you. :)

Blow in , noise comes out , just what I wanted for a child who doesn't live in my house . Not sure his parents would give 5 stars though

After giving up on my first whistle, a Generation nickel, I bought this one. I think it is a bit better than the Generation and possibly an expert could get a great tune out of it. The mouthpiece moves easily so in theory it should be easy to tune. This is important to me because I play with other instruments. However, the top octave is much flatter than the lower octave, however hard you blow, and the high E is very flat. The top notes are a little hard to achieve. I gave up on this one too and bought a Clarke Sweetone which is fabulous for beginners - easy to play and sounds great.

I’m a beginner player. I found the whistle has a warm tone, is easy to play and will go to the second octave easily. A good buy.

I purchased this for a resident in a care home for people with dementia and he loves it. He used to play the tin whistle as a boy in ireland and has not played for well over 40 years but after only a short time, he is now brillient. Boy he must have been good as a young lad. He can not remember much and gets confused but he can certainly play the tin whistle. Thanks very much Amazon.

Un simpatico strumentino a fiato che permette di divertirsi a suonare buona parte dei pezzi di musica folk e non solo. Il gambo è di ottone mentre la testata di plastica.

Flażolet brzmi bardzo dobrze w porównaniu do innych z tej półki cenowej. Dźwięk jest czysty i przyjemny dla ucha. Jest też trochę głośniejszy w porównaniu do mojego poprzedniego gwizdka.

Me ha sorprendido muchísimo para el precio que tiene. Lógicamente no se puede comparar con uno artesano de más de 200 euros...pero por el precio de este no he tocado ninguno que le supere. Es correcto en afinación y utiliza muy poco aire. Es ideal para principiantes, sin tener que desesperarse por los sonidos desagradables de un instrumento barato. Si estás buscando tu primer whistle, no lo dudes, este no te defraudará. Gracias por leer mi reseña. Espero te haya sido útil.
