This stuff is awesome. The only problem you got with it is be careful because wherever you stick it it will not come up like it is that strong so make sure you got in the right place the first time you stick it because wherever you put it that’s where it’s gonna stay. Stoped all my leaks

I've been using this stuff for years. I just had to go and patch another spot on my single wide mobile home and just went ahead and bought an entire roll to cover another huge chunk of the roof with it (future proofing). I looked at what I'd put up about four years prior and it's still holding strong. We get all kinds of inclement weather in missouri and I'd roll this on as opposed to spreading tar on the roof any day. Very fast, kind of fun even, and much less strain on the body.

This helped fix a leak in my porch roof I could not stop. I would recommend this if you need to path a pesky roof leak.

Roll had been cut completely through before being shipped to me. Couldn't be put down lengthwise. No good for water proofing. Shouldn't have been shipped out that way, it was clearly visible.
