Ankle Brace Stabilizers Adjustable Ankle Support for Sports Protect, Sprained Ankle, Ligament Damage, Injury Recovery (Medium)

This ankle brace was recommended to help with an ongoing injury of most of the ligaments in my ankle. It needed immobilizing a bit but not completely. After months of limping and being unable to walk any distance more than about 200m this brace has changed things really swiftly. As soon as I put it on the pain all but disappeared, the swelling went down by the end of the day and the next morning my gate was better and the limp all but gone with the brace back on. It's really comfortable to wear all day and fits reasonably well into trainers and walking boots. Hopefully over the next week things will continue to improve.

Very sturdy and durable ankle brace. Has metal bars on the side which are great for support. Good material and easy to put on. Helps with my day to day pain. True to size. Great value for the money!!

Cons (The Reason for the Missing Star): • Shoe Compatibility: The brace is extremely difficult to wear inside most closed-toe shoes. The bulk created by the lacing system and the rigid side plates means it is too wide for all of her footwear, including trainers, school shoes, and even clogs. • Tricky to Wear: The full lace-up design is fiddly and makes it time-consuming to put on correctly, which is inconvenient for a teenager. Verdict: We are keeping this brace because the safety and high rigidity are paramount for her competition. It serves as a dedicated sparring/competition brace that she must put on before her trainers/Taekwondo shoes. However, if you need a discreet brace to wear all day in street shoes, this specific lace-up design is likely too bulky.

Brought this to help me transition from the stabilising boot the hospital give you after an fractured ankle. Found it to be a great help, while it does no completely immobilise your injury it does offer support & gives you confidence to continue with day to day tasks or in my case try to go back to work in the health profession where you are patient moving & handling & on your feet for long hours. It was great value for money, perfect fit for my size 5 foot, loved the Velcro bit for additional support, you just need to make sure you have a wide shoe that is house this on your foot, I had a normal trainer which I loosened all the laces to allow for fitting

The brace was very good at supporting my ankle. It was a little awkward to get on but once on it offered good support. My only issue was I couldn’t get my shoe on over it. You might be ok if your shoes are a bit loose but if you’re shoes are snug you have no chance of getting this on under your shoe as it’s quite bulky.

I sprained my ankle and was nervous about going back to the gym but this really supported my foot! I was able to get back into my workouts and I felt no pain. It is a bit bulky so I had to stretch out my shoe but with the amount of support it provides, I’m not surprised it’s a bit chunky, my trainers still fit around it

Wanted a support for soft tissue damage. This was excellent - the hard plastic prevented the foot/ankle getting banged and twisting laterally, while the soft support allowed for easy adjustment. The straps are of a good length and the velcro has stayed very sticky allowing for constant readjustment as the swelling reduced. Easy to wash and not bulky - as I could put a soft shoe over my foot. I would really recommend this to anyone who wants a protective, adjustable and hygienic foot support at a good price.

I am only a size 5 shoe so I ordered a small size. This was very small would fit a small child. I am returning it for a bigger size as its quite a good item. Well made with good support at the sides. Only down side was the sizing.

Le uso per giocare a calcetto. Mi trovo molto bene, non troppo ingombranti, sorreggono perfettamente le caviglie con legamenti lassi. Personalmente un prodotto valido, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

C'est la 2e que j'achète en 2 ans..la 1er cetait suite a une luxation du pied en tombant dans un trou,elle m'a bien aidée au maintien de ma cheville et suite à une première opération y a quelques années..la 2e c'est encore suite a une chute car ma cheville ne tient plus du à des entorses a répétitions. C'est une très bonne attelle par rapport à celle vendue en pharmacie..elle me maintien bien le pied latéralement et me permet de conduire sans trop de problème..je la recommande par habitude..

I ended up a third grade sprain, had to stay in a boot. After 6 weeks I had to start physio and was using a tensor wrap for support. I found this ankle support. You lace up the front and then wrap two sides around the foot and up the ankle, attaching to velcro. It's never too tight and you get amazing support, there are no metal or plastic parts and this fits comfortably in shoes. Best purchase I ever made for my poor foot.
