we're obsessed! what a great trampoline. We got it at Christmas, assembled it in under two hours. (can be done one person but would def. recommend two) pretty simple instructions. very well packaged, came with the picture on the box so make sure if it's a surprise that you're home first. seems well built and we love the springless design! would def. recommend.

May 2023 Review- is it as bouncy as springs? - let's talk about the current updated version
After reading every review and comparing other trampolines in this catagory, I pulled the trigger. Shipping was within 2 days👍, box basically needed a dolly but I had one. Unboxing was easy, instructions were clear and simple. Set-up and construction was easy, took me 2 hours in the desert heat. I was worried about cheap plastic elastic/springy cover, which looked cheap and unreliable in the images, but it was slightly better then I expected. The net is actually good, and easy to install. Everything works, the included spring nipples work so much better then the bolts which loosen over little time. Plus it's way faster to install this way. Yes, there is a little play. This is needed to allow the poles to slip in and lock in place. Use self tapping screws to make it stiff and locked in place, but I didn't. I wanted to test it as is and I am very happy. The trampoline is nice and sturdy, even on a gravel surfacem it's weight is good, it won't fly away even in 40mph gusts. I did drill screw-stakes into the ground and used metal zip ties to fasten it to all legs just incase. The spring less system is awesome, and easily bounces my 260lbs body. I compare it to the normal springs and it actually is as good if not better then the springs, and bounces just as high as strong. Don't worry about it not being as bouncy. It's quiet, and the materials seem good. The sun will do a number on everything over time, like anything else, but there are ways to make it last longer. Put a shading net on top of the normal net to keep leaves out, and add shade, blocking the suns constant punishment. The spring less system was super easy to install . It took 20 minutes to attach all elastoc thingies. It's quick, not hard to pull and the tool is amazong. Compared to a spring system, it's easier with the elastic, because there are more epastic points to connect, making it need less tension. The spring system on the other hand uses less springs, therefore, they are stiffer and harder to pull. I am very happy with this 12ft trampoline. It was the perfect birthday gift for my son. It was WELL WORTH THE MONEY. ID EASILY BUY IT AGAIN. The net actually stops kids from falling out also. Yes, you need to buy a ladder if you want, but I didn't and all the kids in the neighborhood of all sizes can get up and down without a ladder just fine. No injuries in 3 content months of 5+kids each day. Great job le-jump. Black and orange looks really good.

Buy this springless trampoline, far exceeded my expectations.
Update: we have now had this trampoline for 8 months. It is still amazing. We probably spent 1000s of hours on it this past summer. We also live where it is very rainy and it has not had an issues with holding up or getting rusty. I went down the rabbit hole researching trampolines. I came across "springless" and decided I definitely wanted one due to safety for my kiddos. Most springless trampolines are $1800, the next cheapest $680, Lejumps 14ft is $440. Since I couldn't fork over almost a grand for a trampoline I decided to take a gamble and I am so happy I did. First off, it is practically silent. Springless is the way to go! We had 4 toddlers and 1 adult jumping and it stayed in place. You can jump right on the spring part with no issues at all. I am very pleased with the quality and sturdiness so far. It was pretty easy to put together with 2 adults. I also was bummed that it didn't come with a ladder since it stated that it did, so I contacted the company. They replied quickly and issued me a partial refund due to not taking it off their site and regulations changing. I am hoping it holds up for years to come. We have had it 2 days and have already spent 6+ hours on it, plus all the neighborhood kids are coming over. My kids fell asleep early and I am getting a workout as well. The bounce is amazing. I never knew I needed a trampoline this bad. Wish I bought one a long time ago.

Don't buy unless you plan to take down every season
This trampoline didn't even last a year. Yes, we left it out over the WI winter, so expected some wear and tear. But the legs are warped and posts are bent right off. It was not easy to put up so that is why we left it. The metal was not worth it. The netting, both the jump part and the net that goes around is good quality.

Love but hard to assemble
The finished product is Great, but you for sure need 3-4 people to assemble the frame. It’s not easy!

Great
Our kids as well as their neighborhood friends get a TON of use out of this thing. I'd say a few hours every day on average. The kids did say at first that it didn't seem to bounce them as high as others, but of the several neighbors who have trampolines, the kids *seem* to spend a lot of time on ours. Maybe it's the size, who knows. Easy to set up. Looks nice. Feels quality. I bought some heavy duty lawn "staples" to tack it down, but decided against pinning it down just yet. Probably will have to do that by Winter time as these things tend to catch wind and blow away if not anchored.

Great trampoline
This trampoline has held up awesome over 2 years. When a storm came through and bent the poles, customer service was awesome and sent replacement poles right away.

Was fun... Now dangerous.
Was a pretty good trampoline until the leg "T" pieces turned into a tetanus hazard. Can't find replacement parts... No reply from company.

I purchased this trampoline in 2023 and my 4 kids (and hubby and I) have been enjoying it since! This trampoline is not only easy to install, store away for the winter and fun to use, the replacement parts service is phenomenal! A severe wind storm lifted it up our trampoline (because I forgot to anchor it down for the season) damaging three of the net enclosure poles. I reached out to Le Jump for replacement parts and they were easy to deal with, prompt in responding to my emails, polite, knowledgeable and fast to deliver (and track along the way) as they use UPS for their shipments. Now were back to jumping for joy as if nothing ever happened! Overall, I would purchase their products again and certainly always recommend them to family and friends! This was a great purchase for us!

Easy to put together! Definitely 2 adults needed. The only issue I have is the padding that goes over the metal bars inside the trampoline. It keeps rolling up even though we have secured it more than required. It’s not a deal breaker - love this trampoline.

This is our first experience with owning a trampoline and after research, I realized Canadian made springless were completely out of budget but I also didn’t want to buy the cheapest thing out there because I’ve seen what happens to them after a few seasons of use. So this was the best balance of quality and cost I could find. I also liked the springless due to their safety features considering the jumpers can’t pinch their toes in the coils of the regular variety. Set up was easier than I thought it would be! It took my husband and I about 1.5hrs to get it up. The tedious part was all the tiny clips to attach the jump pad to the frame but everything else was quick and easy. We also went off book in the set up process - the manual is ok but it suggests to put in all the clips and then attach it to the frame- literally they were falling out! So we attached one clip to the pad and then frame and worked our way around like that. My experience with customer service has been excellent so far! They were helpful and considerate! My review has 4 stars only because we’ve had it only a week and so I can’t attest to its long term viability but I can always amend this review after I see how it holds up over time

Had this trampoline for two years now and it's well used and has survived our Canadian snow ( the kids do shovel it off with a plastic shovel if the snow get too heavy). The trampoline is durable! The bounce is excellent. I would recommend this product!
