I love the Maximus rebounder, there are no tools needed to assemble it comes folded in half like a half moon shape unfold into a full moon the legs are spring loaded straitened them then attache the support handle if needed and it’s done your ready to bounce, this bouncer can be stored away when not in use by reversing the assembly as above. Im in my Seventy’s and rebounding for the first time and it’s wonderful each small bounce is equal to a step sometimes walking can be painful on one hip but not when you bounce and it’s fun and easy on the joints great for young and old alike it’s a super bit of kit at a good price.

Quiet and compact. It is light but stable, so easy to move. Really pleased so far. Easy to set up and will help the whole family get fit.

Love it! After a friend invited me to try her 'rebounder' I did a lot of research on the benefits and the construction of these mini trampolines. I'm 72 and not able to walk as far as I used to after a bout of bursitis in my hips early this year. With winter weather here in the north, it's a chore to walk to build back to where I was at so I invested in this rebounder to help maintain my health and well-being. One week later my Maximus Bunce & Burn arrived! Only two weeks in, I've already built up my routine using my daily Fitbit goals. This trampoline is quite heavy and stable hence feeling safe as I bounce away. The bar gives me confidence as I work to my routine and the six legs gives solid stability. This trampoline has heavy duty springs which do squeak a bit but they are very sturdy. The DVD that comes with it is a little beyond my ability so I have moderated to my own movements and exercise level. Already I've built up to a 10 minute routine every day and the bouncing motion makes it effortless. I can honestly say, I have more energy, my leg muscles are toning again which will protect my knees (arthritis), when I'm bouncing through my exercises I feel my core muscles tighten and my balance is slightly improving. It's win, win for this elderly lady. No regrets at all.

I ordered this on a whim after reading a magazine article about how NASA endorse rebounding as an excellent form of training. I was looking for something else to add to my usual fitness regime. This rebounder appealed as, in the style of Goldilocks, it wasn't too expensive, and yet it wasn't too cheap. I also liked how it folded up for storage, as we all have found ourselves with fitness equipment that just sits there and is used as some sort of clothes hanger. It arrived quickly and was easy to open up and get using. The DVD is something you'd probably only watch once or twice for ideas and techniques. I found the lady with the red face rather distracting to be honest. It's worth looking for rebounding classes on YouTube and streaming them to your TV with Chromecast. Anyway, I found the rebounder really easy to use. You just need to get confident with it. Initially I doubted it would be robust enough even though I'm less than 9 stone, however once you realise you're not going to get your foot stuck down between the springs, break the thing or bounce off into the coffee table, you start to relax and enjoy it. You don't feel you're working too hard yet you find you've definitely done a decent workout after 20 minutes. As it's low impact, I didn't find it aggravated my weak knee either. One amazing benefit I found was that it appeared to almost instantly improve the look of the mild cellulite I have. After a swift google, I discovered that due to the bouncing motion it really aids a sluggish lymphatic system and can help improve the look of cellulite too. Result! Oh and I noticed it gave me a bit of a bum lift. If I had a downside it's that I am too lazy to fold down the rebounder as it's quite tough to do. so I have it propped up against the wall. It's also really noisy! The squeaking is loud and won't go even with WD40. I worry about what my neighbour thinks I'm up to! All in all, this is a much better and more beneficial fitness device than you'd imagine. It's sturdy, well-made and quite enjoyable.

It was great while it lasted, but the hooks started to fail one by one after only 2 years or regular use indoor. Incredibly disappointing as it s not a cheap item. Requesting a repairing or partial refund from the seller, but I suspect the warranty will be expired. Why stuff never last these days, it s infuriating to see such a waste and now I ll need to replace with a new one.

I’ve been looking for an exercise I wouldn’t mind doing and read about the benefits of rebounding. I’ve been enjoying it and there are some good routines to follow. I wish I’d known more about rebounding and bought one sooner! I’ve had it a couple of months now and had no issues with it. The rebounder is well built and feels sturdy. It folds down small which is what I needed. It actually folded smaller than I thought it would which I was really impressed with. Before I ordered I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to fold and unfold. I watched a video on YouTube showing the technique to open and close it and following that, I find it really easy. Theres minimal effort to assemble the rebounder from folded, particularly due to the attached folding legs. This is perfect for me. I like having the bar to steady myself and that feels strong and safe. I keep the bar itself, fully assembled and hung up and It’s easy to attach, with minimal effort again, as it just slides into the attachments on the sides of two of the rebounders legs. I hadn’t realised until it arrived that it didn’t come with a case so went to order on the companies website but needed it quickly to take away with me. I contacted customer service and they went out of their way to check their warehouse and to get the case sent out to arrive to me before I had to leave. I feel if I have any issues or queries In the future, the customer service will be excellent and do their best to sort out any queries.

La consegna e' stata veloce e il pacco era ben imballato. Il minitrampolino "bounce and burn" e' fatastico, robusto ma allo stesso tempo pieghevole ( si puo' piagare a meta e poi in quattro) quindi molto comodo per me per il trasporto su e giu per le scale e per questioni di spazio in appartamento. Il trampolino ha sei gambe di supporto attaccate da molle molto resistenti e facili da montare in pochi secondi. Le molle fanno si che il rimbalzo non sia ne troppo molle ne troppo duro, perfetto mentre lo uso per seguire l'allenamento dal dvd. Inoltre mi sono iscritta al loro programma gratuito online sul sito di Rebound UK dove si possono seguire tanti nuovi video di allenamento. Insegno yoga e pilates e alcuni dei miei clienti hanno acquistato il mini trampolino per seguire degli allenamenti da casa sia per migliorare il loro sistema linfatico che per rinforzare e tonificare la zona addominale. Incluso c'era anche un contatore di rimbalzi e al momento ho gia raggiunto 1000 al giorno; posso dire che ho notato i benefici di tonificazione soprattutto nella zona addominale, gambe e glutei. In conclusione penso di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto per il prezzo pagato.

Nachdem ich bereits den MaximusProGym Rebounder und auch den Fit Bounce Pro Rebounder für meine Übungen intensiv nutze, habe ich nun als Geschenk einen platzsparend aufzubewahrenden Rebounder gesucht. Da ich genügend Platz in meinem Fitnesszimmer habe, kann ich meine beiden Rebounder problemlos stehen lassen. Dieser Rebounder wird aber nur nach Lust und Laune genutzt und muss in einer kleinen Wohnung seinen Platz finden. Das war letztendlich auch der Grund für den Kauf dieses faltbaren Rebounders. Die Lieferung ist sehr schnell erfolgt. Der Rebounder wurde komplett mit allem Zubehör und vollkommen unbeschädigt geliefert. Selbstverständlich habe ich den Rebounder auch sofort getestet. Er war in 5 Minuten ausgepackt und aufgebaut. Ich habe dann ein paar Übungen gemacht und für den Preis finde ich das Gerät absolut in Ordnung. Auch das Zusammenklappen hat problemlos funktioniert. Update vom 16.10.2021 Ich habe nun einen weiteren Bounce & Burn Rebounder gekauft und meinem Schwiegervater (84 Jahre) geschenkt. Er war ein paarmal bei mir und hat sich etwas auf meinen Reboundern bewegt, weil er sehr heftige Knieschmerzen hatte. Zu längeren Spaziergängen war er in dieser Zeit nicht mehr in der Lage. Nun war es sein Wunsch, einen eigenen Rebounder mit Haltestange zu nutzen. Ist speziell für den bevorstehenden Winter eine ziemlich gute Idee. Der Bounce & Burn ist für seine Aktivitäten mehr als perfekt. Gut vor dem Fenster platziert und mit der Haltestange in Griffweite kann er seine Beweglichkeit erhalten und wenn’s dann mal richtig glatt ist, den Winter von drinnen genießen und trotzdem ein paar mehr Schritte machen. Er war begeistert und ich mit glücklich. Ein perfektes Geschenk und ich brauche nicht zu erwähnen, dass die Lieferung komplett und ohne jeglichen Grund für eine Beschwerde erfolgt ist. Nur zum Empfehlen und volle 5 Sterne.
