Simple and brilliant
Product is brilliant and easy to install, comes with screws although there is sticky pads included for those like myself who are not good at DIY which can be used instead. I brought this as part of a bundle on amazon prime which worked out alot cheaper, for those of you asking in regards to soap cartridges, you need either the Kleenex 6311 Hand Soap Cartridges or the Scott 6340 Foam Hand Wash Cartridges which can also be brought on Amazon. Both options are expensive, however you do get 6x1 litre cartridges, considering the current situation with COVID-19 and the increased price of hand washing products plus limits imposed in supermarkets, it works out cheaper in the long run and will last you a long while.

Soap-dispenser.
This looks ideal to me - but, bought as part of a birthday gift for my partially-disabled husband - have discovered he does not wish this item. What a pity. I shall try returning - as it has not even really been out of the box. Definitely our problem - and not Kimberly-Clark's. Sorry!

Very misleading
Wanted to return as this is very dodgy . No mention of cat rage which are expensive very mid leading pruducts searched for hand gel again misleading as cleanser is soap. Would not recommend . Stuck with gadget cannot use. Very misleading be aware before you purchase if I could of given no stars I would of

Good, robust product.
I bought this for my Home, I am no DIY expert, but, i managed to fit it ok, it’s a good, robust product, there is a hidden, extra, expense though, it does not come with the soap container, which I failed to realise until it arrived, but, you can refill the container with cheaper products on the market, if you want to save on expenses.

Nice unit
A nice unit but slightly fiddely to fix to wall + No Instructions on how to open it. My only real fault whith this purchase is the key used to open is only one supplied & unable so far to obtain a spair
