Can't fault this. It seems to have a large reserve of power, charges devices as you would expect. Has a built in torch and has a fan attachment. I got this for a trip to Disney and it worked well as a charger and was immensely useful as a portable fan that would run almost indefinitely. If I had any complaints it would be (a) it is quite heavy - but it does have a good battery life. (b) the actual fan head is a removable push fit onto the fan arm and it kept getting separated in the bag and resulted in having to unpack the rucksack to find it. I can't really think of a way to improve this product

They tell me to go to their page but then there's no email, no Amazon mail, no anything. This is sent on an Android phone using chrome. This thing now won't charge anything at all. Utterly a waste of time and money. It's an expensive paper-weight. This does not work - it was a waste of money 1. FAILS TO RECHARGE ITSELF FULLY: When exposed to sunlight the little blue LED lights do move to indicate that charging is taking place - but it never, ever, goes past three lights to the full four. It fails to recharge fully whether charged from sunlight or from plugged into the mains - for a brand new item this is a fail. 2. FAILS TO CHARGE SMALLER USB DEVICES AT ALL: It fails to charge most usb devices at all - when plugging a device into it via the usb cable the device momentarily lights up and shows charging taking place for about 5 seconds as to indicate that it's plugged into a power-source, but then the device goes back to a dormant state and no charging takes place and I have tried this many times both with light present and in absolute darkness - in either case it will not charge most usb devices. 3. BATTERY RUNS LOW VERY QUICKLY: It manages to part-charge larger usb-devices (android phone) but doesn't seem to charge fully and in doing so takes a larger than expected hit out of it's charge bank - made worse because this one only recharges itself to 3 out of 4 LED lights* EDIT - IT NOW WON'T EVEN CHARGE ANYTHING. *There are four tiny blue LED lights on this powerbank charger which it uses to show progress of recharging itself and also how much percent of power it has, it should be at four =100% but when the power bank is fully recharged but mine can't recharge past three =75%* I have an older smaller powerbank that happily charges any usb device that I plug into it and that also can charge an android phone up more times on the same charge as well - it was the solar facility on this device that was intriguing but it has proven to be essentially worthless as it wont do what I purchased it for. Returning the device does not seem simple or necessarily feasable. So this is a waste of money. AND HOW DO I EVEN CONTACT THE SELLER?? They comment on some reviews to contact them by Amazon-email but on their Amazon profile there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do that. Anyone? This is an extremely powerful and advanced solar power bank with 3 USB outlets. It included a free Fan gift as well which I thought was a nice touch. As I opened the box, the power bank began to charge as it met with the sunlight. Here is a list of some of the pros and cons of this product that I have discovered: Pros: • Very well built and finished • Fast delivery • Friendly customer service with note on arrival • 3 USB ports ( 2 with 2A outputs) • Large 24000mAh capacity • Easy to use and charge • Nice colours and appearance. Cons: • Quite heavy (Ideal for the car, boat or tent but not for your pocket). Overall a fantastic product that has been well thought out and engineered to last a long time. Personally, I believe the power bank is worthwhile. It works perfectly and even comes with a free fan for enjoyment. It is a bit heavy but I believe that is normal for the 24000mah. But overall, the product is great. This is very useful. I use it everyday and it charges my phone around 4-5 times. Thanks.

Good battery charger will get about 4-5 full charges of my phone per charge, the solar part is purely a gimmick so don’t buy for that it doesn’t charge the pack or the phone, so when the pack is dead the sun will not charge a device 👎🏻 But as a charger pack it works great, and the torch is not too bad either

I got one of these for an upcoming holiday. Having read all the reviews I understand fully that solar power alone is not enough to fully charge this unit and that even mains power will take some time to top it up but I think it'll cover my needs. My intention is to keep it with me during the day - exposing it to as much light as possible and, if necessary, plugging it in occasionally. This is because I'll probably be using my phone to listen to music most of the day and it's likely that I'll only be in the room for a short time before venturing out for an evening meal. This way, I'll at least have an emergency top up for my phone should it need it before I can put it on an overnight charge. The customer services team for this product have been extremely helpful in resolving the concerns that I had initially and have always replied promptly and courteously. From what I've seen so far, this unit will deliver quite a few recharges before it runs out itself. This has given me peace of mind for my holiday!

I’ve bought 2 of these and while they’re decent power banks, neither of them charge one bit from solar power. I left one on top of my shed for 24 hours on the hottest, brightest day that I’ve experienced for a long time and when I checked the charge, one light was blinking to indicate ‘Empty’ If you’re looking for a solar power option, DO NOT BUY THESE. That being written, they hold a decent charge from the mains, but that’s obviously not the bloody point. I guess, in sum, these are failure and do not do what they’re supposed to

Really pleased with this! It charged my phone perfectly, never cut out at all. The charger came with the usb which fit my Samsung S7 - usb c but this is also used for charging the powerbank. It also came with a bendy usb fan, which works when plugged into one of the 2A outputs. It came ready charged too so it worked instantly. I only wish I had this for my camping trip last month! This is definitely perfect for camping or festivals - anywhere that plugs aren't easily accessible. There's also a button on the side which when double clicked, turns on a torch.
