Improved stomach health in a couple of weeks
I've been taking these supplements for a couple of weeks and have noticed a positive effect on my health, including improving skin, digestion and no bloating. Although it's only been a couple of weeks taking these I hope the improvements will continue. However, one very slight downside, when taken by the tablets they have a 'talc' odour to them. Apart from this I'm very happy with the product

Excellent viable probiotics.
I was initially anxious about keeping these at room temperature as my usual brand are fridge-only. But the proof is in the eating, as they say. These make incredible yoghurt in my yoghurt maker whereas my usual brand fail to work which tells me these are definitely viable cultures and that they are fine kept on the worktop!

But super good. I love this brand’s collagen and I wanted to try probiotics. Not very impressed with outcome.

No measurable probiotic activity
I have been using high strength probiotics for quite some time and have tried many different brands. I always take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for a full week before doing the milk test. This allows me to determine whether I think they work before doing the actual test for probiotic activity and prevents any bias. These were very appealing, as they seem to offer a high CFU count for a good price. Also, I have used several other Troo products in the past and always been happy. However, these pills had absolutely zero effect for me. Even the contents of two full capsules could not curdle a thimble full of milk (just a few ml) after 48 hours. As such, I can only assume that these have no probiotic activity at all. With the brand I was using before, a single cap would completely curdle the same amount of milk after just 24 hours.

This was highly recommended by a friend but it doesn’t seem to work on me. There may be subtle benefits, need to observe further.
