Easy Fit and a Noticeable Improvement in Sound
Really happy with this. Fit was spot on for my guitar and it was straightforward to install with minimal effort. Once fitted, the difference was immediately noticeable. Tuning feels more stable and overall tone sounds clearer and more consistent, especially when using the trem or doing bends. Build quality feels solid and it does exactly what it’s meant to do without any fuss. Simple upgrade, easy to fit, and genuinely improves how the guitar feels and sounds. If you’re looking for a quick, effective upgrade that actually makes a difference, this is well worth it.

Great nuts!
Fits my ibanez rg421ex perfectly. There a bit pricey but probably worth it as there good quality nuts that don't need any extra work other than sanding the bottom for the right height. I would recommend these nuts!

Excellent quality Nut
I bought this for a 2006 PRS SE Singlecut to replace the plastic nut and although it works it's just a tad too narrow for the nut width on a PRS SE. Not by much but by enough (0.5mm to 1mm?) Graphtech states that it's 42.95mm wide but it measures 42.85 on my digital callipers. The nut itself is great quality but it's not an exact drop in for a PRS SE guitar. I guess it depends on just how exact you want to be.

Not for PRS
The nut is brilliant. Improved tuning stability is noticeable, and tone and sustain is also improved. However these are too short for a PRS, there is a slight gap at the edge and can be felt when running your finger over it. Also the E to e spacing is too short. I have now ordered a Gibson nut, quoted as slightly longer and with the correct string spacing.

One of the best, for about a tenner
I got this for a PRS Custom 24. It fits perfectly, is solid, and a huge upgrade for your guitar for almost no money. It's also fairly easy to install, not that that is specific to this nut, but it's a 20 minute job that's easy to do.

Transformed PRS SE guitar
My new PRS SE 35th anniversary custom 24 was appalling for tuning stability. Of course the online retailer was not interested and told me to get a guitar tech to fix it - helpful during lockdown. Finally I tried this nut, and the result is fantastic. The guitar stays in tune, but the change in tone is really dramatic. The sound is so much richer and high notes ring out much better. I never expected such an improvement. IMO these nuts should be factory fit. BTW graph tech have a very helpful video on youtube on how to fit the nut.

A happy strummer
Probably the only disappointing thing about my PRS Singlecut SE has been it's tuning stability, which seems to have gotten gradual worse over the years (mainly the G/B strings). For less than a tenner, this Tusq nut has transformed the guitar to the point where I can't put the thing down! I've been able to lower the action to a silly level, and for the first time, been able to really nail the intonation (the PRS one-piece bridge really does work!). Open string sustain has improved and -unplugged at least- there's a definite change in tone. The tuning heads now work flawlessly too. Although many claim this is a straight replacement part, I did have to take off a mil or so to get the correct first fret gap, and ideally the outer slots need matching to the fingerboard radius (10" on most PRS') as it comes supplied at 14" plus.

Nice replacement for PRS
I had broken my golden rule of never buying a second hand guitar. I was having massive issues with fret buzz. Went through all of PRS’s setup procedures. In the end worked out it was the nut. The idiot that owned the guitar previously had filed the nut slots way too far past the point of no return. So bought this tusq nut. Had to do a minor bit of slot filing. But nothing beyond my capability as I build guitars in my spare time. Very easy to fit, and gives a glass like sound and clarity to your high end notes. Very pleased with this nut.

Nice upgrade for such a low price. Used this for an Ibanez SA260FM. The string spacing on the stock nut was less than on this one. However it still fits nicely and I actually prefer the extra string spacing. Awesome!

Perfectly fits my ibanez rg with wizard III neck. Direct replacement for the stock nut, no modifications were required at all. Replacement took about 10 minutes. Now the guitar holds the tune even better. I highly recommend it, it's definitely worth it.

Authentic graphteck . About half a millimetre short on each end for a Indonesian PRS se . But barely noticeable . Be sure to patiently, file with nut file each slot in a V shape and to the radius of your neck. YouTube has good tutorials on replacing nuts. Watch a few to fully understand process always file less than you need to . When almost there I then file bottom of nut flat while checking intonation to get guitar PERFECTLY in tune with itself.
