OtterBox for Apple iPad Air 10.5-Inch (3rd gen 2019) & Apple iPad Pro 10.5-Inch (1st gen 2017), Superior Rugged Protective Case, Defender Series, Black

I bought this for my 2019 iPad Air. It fits perfectly after following the instructions and seems absolute solid, 100% coverage and high quality. I like how the detachable plastic lid protects the screen when the iPad is not in use and clips onto the back of the iPad when it is in use. Interestingly after a few days I got used to this protective case and now I don't even notice its there. The Apple Pencil works fine with the cases built in screen protector. My only slight criticism is the stiff rubber flap that goes over the recharging port can be a bit fiddly, you need to have the iPad screen facing away from you to see what you are doing when plugging the lightning cable in.

Fantastic quality cover which fits with engineered precision. It has all the necessary ports to allow cameras and speakers to continue operating effectively (though this does of course mean that it is not completely sealed). The screen cover has no discernible effect on the speed or sensitivity of the touch screen. Feels strong and provides reassurance that my IPad will be protected. I also like the pencil storage in the outer cover.

After reading other reviews i decided to order one for my self. I love it - case fits nice and rubber outer fits perfectly also. you are able to slide up and down for control centre and app merging and I think it feels nice to hold too. Outer hard shell / stand can be tight to remove so will only clip on when travelling but works nicely as a stand.

1 year on and I really like this case, its saved my iPad on numerous occasions. A bit chunky, but that's why it works so well...

Efficient and practical case for the iPad Pro but the build and design quality is not the same as the one I’ve had for years on my old iPad. The cover is a bit sloppy, one volume key is masked with the cover fitted, and the rubber plug on the charging port is blocked by the cover. The home screen cover seems fragile and the case quality is definitely lower than before. The storage for the Apple Pencil is a neat touch though. The case gives excellent protection and touch screen/home button functionality seems unaffected by the case. With one of these cases fitted you can be pretty reckless with the iPad and get away with it, so ideal for travelling.

Excellent, box fits perfectly and protects the Apple investment. Already an Otter Box user and to be honest will not use anything else. Customer support, if you ever need it is also there . Used with previous Otter products, but only due to self inflicted damage!

+ Solid + Well designed folding stand + Pencil mount for secure transport - Very big if you consider IPad Pro size and thickness - I would like to see some kind of pocket for Apple Pencil adapter used for lighting charger - Rubber where are hidden all connector could be more elastic (tension put on Lighting charger plug worries me)

Contrary to what was said in a previous post about poor fit the Otterbox for Ipad Pro 10.5 inch fitted perfectly. Been using Otterbox on phones and ipads for quite a few years and have dropped both devices quite a few times at work without even a scratch. My last ipad was in an Otterbox for 3 years, When I took it out it looked like brand new. Fantastic product!

Prodotto robusto e pesante, con un sistema di apertura ad incastro non proprio facile da gestire. C'è anche il supporto per la penna e una funzione di leggio. Peccato che non si possa regolare.

iPhoneではCatalystを使用しておりあれこれと不満があるのですが、こちらは液晶面が覆われながらもタッチやペンでの不具合は全くなく、ホームボタンの感度も良好です。これで完全に防水であれば完璧でした。

Definitivamente perfecta!. He usado siempre fundas en los 5 iPad que he tenido (Otther Box, Life Proof...) y es la más contenida en tamaño, agradable en el manejo y protege suficientemente el iPad. El soporte una maravilla, te permite escribir muy rápido y obtener una posición estable para ver películas o el uso cotidiano. La única pega quizás sea la pestaña de goma que protege el puerto lightning, cuesta un poco levantarla y conectarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

Suite à l’acquisition du nouvel iPad Air 3e génération, j’ai choisis d’acheter un écran de protection en verre trempée et en supplément cette fameuse coque de « compétition » que j’utilisais déjà avec l’iPad mini et dont j’étais déjà très satisfaite. Le + Antichoc, anti poussières, support avec patins pour maintenir le support et regarder son film, ou travailler sans que ça glisse. Le prix à payer en vaut la qualité, quand on sait qu’une tablette tactile est onéreuse à l’achat ! Facilité à monter sur la tablette (bien prendre le temps de lire toutes les photos explicatives) Le - Le poids qui peut être un bémol chez certaine personne et l’épaisseur mais quand on veut quelques chose qui protège malheureusement on ne peut pas espérer mieux Utilisation : parfait pour la vie de tous les jours, toutes situations, voyage, expatrié, routard...
