I bought two of these shades in peach. The colour is lovely. They give a soft light which looks good in the bedroom.

Much smaller than I thiught
Destined for the loft with other unwanted items. Quality and price is very good. Ideal if you are looking for a small shade

Misleading colour
While the product is good quality and value for money, I was very disappointed in the colour- its not at all like the colour in the ad

New shades for bed side lamps, they were a brighter shade of blue than the picture, a good colour to go with the base, easy to fit

Happy decorator
I bought this to fit on a freestanding light fixture I made. I have it installed in the opposite direction than usual at present. The reverse gimbel makes it possible to do this. The colour is as it appeared to be. It is a very good quality for the price. Came well packaged in a sturdy box and arrived when expected. Installation was easy, no issues. I am using an energy saver bulb, and tried it in both directions. It covers the bulb properly. If I had more space to store things, I'd buy several colours just to suit my mood! I've included some pictures. The lamp you see is about 45"/114 CM tall, up to where the light bulb attaches, for size reference. Size of shade is accurate to the description. I'm happy. I'd easily recommend this for any side table lamp. I personally don't like shades like these on ceiling fixtures, but if you do like that look, this is a good size.

Wrong colour description and fitting
Doesn't fit on lamp, bright blue not light blue, so useless to me.
