Rode NT1A
Needed a desk stand that was sturdy enough to handle Rode NT1A with the shock mount and pop filter enclosure and this thing is absolutely perfect. I can’t speak for the shock absorption but it’s a stationary piece so I don’t really need it to absorb shocks at it’ll be used to record vocals when singing and not for things like podcasting. It’s incredibly sturdy at just the right weight with rubber gasket at the bottom so that it doesn’t scratch the desk. Absolutely recommend this product.

Good solid mic holder
This is a good solid mic holder which I think would comfortably hold large diaphragm condenser mics which are heavier than handheld ones. But I returned this item because I saw an alternative which has a more convenient and quicker mechanism for changing the height of the stand. This one is a twist to loosen and adjust and then twist to tighten. The alternative has a quick release lever for changing height. I need to be able to change the height regularly but if you just wanted to set a height and stick with it then the twist and set would be fine. However, another benefit of the alternative is that it was at a lower price at the time of purchase.

Excellent build quality
Amazing product. It currently holds my auphonix shock mount attached to my blue yeti without a problem but the only gripe I have with this stand is that it is not tall enough.

Well made sturdy Mic Stand
Well made and sturdy mic stand. Very good weighted metal base with anti- shock ring underneath. It is adjustable in height, contrary to some reviews which incorrectly said that it wasn’t. Has 5/8 inch male thread on top of the stand column. Blue Snowball mics fit it very nicely but slightly impede the mic’s built in tilt adjustment- not really a concern. It adjusts to just the right height to put the Blue Snowball mic level with your mouth. I bought this stand because the mini tripod that the Blue Snowball mic comes with is far too low and reduces the mic’s recording volume. If you are fitting a Blue Snowball mic to it, ensure that there is no tilt adjustment set on the mic or the threads on the mic stand will not engage those inside the mic. Has one cable management clip - it needs 2 really. Would buy again and would definitely recommend.

Cheap and well-built.
This stand is a great if you don't want a pivot-type stand. Solid build quality, hefty weight to it so it won't slip. The only real problem that someone would have would be the lack of height-adjustment. However, most microphones have their own screw stands so you can adjust your mic on bit. Good product overall.

A quality microphone stand
A superb and relatively inexpensive microphone stand. Have tried a few stands I found most to be unstable, a fixed size or nosy….then having read about the Gator Frameworks stand I was sold. I’ve since bought two to accompany my Rode Podcast setup and am delighted with the purchase!

Excellent desktop mic stand
Arrived quickly (as all Amazon Prime purchases do) and on opening I was immediately assured by the weight and build quality. Set it up and the height adjustability makes it ideal for practicable desk top use. Set up with a condenser mic, pop shield and large foam backshield, there was no stability concerns at all.

Four Stars
Sturdy. Wished there had been clearer assembly instructions but once assembled good product.

Needed something a bit taller than a tripod, and decided an adjustable was the one to get. But, I don't ever really use the adjustment. I keep it at the lowest height because it is a tad tall there already. But at that height I have my mic sitting perfectly in-line with my face, which is perfect for my dynamic mic. It's plenty sturdy, even with a nearly 2 lb mic on top, it would take some force to knock it over. Has a rubber piece on the bottom that keeps it in place, but also minimizes any feedback from desk slamming. Nice to have cable clip, and plenty of room to throw on any shock stand, pop filter, or other accessories. Overall, great stand. Couldn't be happier.

great mike stand, sturdy and allows me to move mike to where I want it without janky boom arms getting in my way. I use it for video meetings and can keep the mike out of shot perfectly.
