The latest purchase was one we gifted our daughter. Our own has been with us for over 2 years.... and going!!! It’s a great purchase and used fairly regularly. The only problem we have ever faced is with the food processor plunger. It is so invisible that if you unconsciously tilt the processor lid with it in it that it falls off. It’s happened a few times and the plunger, made of plastic, has cracked. Would we buy another one the next time? Definitely. It serves us for our Indian grinding and processing very well.

I purchased this blender to make healthy smoothies. The one touch button smoothie option is great! I love that they throw in the containers to drink your smoothie, makes things very convenient. What surprised me was the power level of blender! So far I have no complaints about this blender, great purchase.

I purchased this blender in March, by the beginning of May a mechanism in the base broke off in the middle of use. I received a replacement from Cuisinart after 6 weeks only to have the exact same part break off 3 months later. It's been 6 months since my original purchase and 2 machines have broken.
