I was a bit cautious when buying this roasting pan.. £24 seemed quite a lot for a simple roasting tin. Yeah it comes with a natty rack and all but £24?? I wanted a roasting tin I could put on the hob for making gravy out of the meat juices as most modern tins don't seem to cope very well at this. Pro's: As it attests to, the Masterclass roasting pan works wonderfully on the hob. The meat juices drip on your lovely par boiled potatoes and transforms them into the most wonderful roast pototoes! The non-stick is so good that you don't lose ANY potato because they're stuck on the bottom of your roasting tin. Potatoes brown exquisitely (and faster than with my old fashioned roasting tin, so do check earlier than you would normally) Without one word of a lie they taste better than any roast potato I've ever had. Meat is the same too. I'm guessing that it cooks so well because of the even heat distribution due to the weight of the pan. The build quality is as solid as a rock! Handles aren't just spot welded on, nothing so cheap for this lovely pan. Three points per handle of solid stainless steel bolts go through each handle. You KNOW this baby isn't going to fall apart! The ceramic on the outside is excellent quality and the non stick inside is just amazing. Nothing sticks!! Even at its dirtiest after a roast pork or beef joint. The rack its self is also very easy to clean and makes lifting your meat to turn your pototoes a breeze. Well I have to tell you that this tin is worth every penny! Con's: Only one very tiny one. The seam between where the handle meets the tin can bit a bit of a pain to keep clean if you're REALLY fussy like me. Whole heartedly recommended!

This is an excellent roasting tin which was used over the Christmas period. I had no problem cleaning it....

I bought this as for the very first time, I decided to cook turkey at Christmas - and it was a 16lb beast! As I had no pan big enough, I thought I would splash out and get something I could use year after year. I would highly recommended this roasting pan. Yes, a little on the expensive side for what you are getting, but this tin is quality. For a start, it weighs heavy and is built solidly. The pan is Teflon coated and I have to say, one wash in the dishwasher and it came back up as new. There is also a very handy roasting rack which allows any juices and or fat that you may not want, to simply collect in the bottom whilst the joint is cooking. Easily large enough to accommodate the 16lb turkey I had, and I reckon it could have had a lot more if my oven was big enough. I can honestly say I think this tin will outlive me! Highly recommended.

After reading through all the reviews there are comments about dishwash use and handles losing their chrome finish then leaving black residue. I haven't put mine in the dishwasher, and I am not going to. It appears the dishwasing detergents, and salts are reacting with that particular finish, and leaving a carbon residue. I plan to wipe my down thoroughly with kitchen towel, like I do with the George Foreman grill, that should remove most if not all cooking residues, then if necessary using a washing up liquid, like Fairy and cleanse gently around handle areas etc. Then drying off by hand. Although it claims dishwaser proof, who knows what trials were actually carried out,if indeed any were, but if so it was very likely a mild detergent, if any was used at all.

Excellent dish

I've tried and got through a few so called good quality roasting trays until I bought this one. The rack is fine if you like that sort of thing (personally not that bothered one way or the other) but what I do like is that it's robust, truly non-stick and you can take it out of the oven and pop it straight on the hob to make your gravy. It's also pretty easy to clean. I've used the one I've got now for several months and it looks like it's going to last years - well worth the price therefore in my opinion. Delivery was prompt and packaging fine. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I am really happy with this purchase, it has already lasted through a number roast dinners followed by a number of times in the dishwasher without showing any signs of wear. Extremely easy to clean when not using dishwasher also. My only slight grievance is that it is a little smaller than I expected. Although the measurements are correct, they measure from handle to handle - and the handles are pretty chunky. Overall though, this is a very sturdy tray of good quality and I think I will get a lot of use out of it.

Heavy weight roasting tin which is worth the money. This is the second I've bought (the first one was over 12 years ago and this is a replacement). Good quality and non stick, I can put all the veg in the bottom and put the chicken on top, so all the chicken fat drops down onto the veg. Dropped it last week and there is no damage. The only downside is that it's very heavy so I would not buy it for my mother who is in her 80's.

Wir haben zu Weihnachten zum ersten Mal einen Truthahn gebraten. Ein 5,5 kg Truthahn passt perfekt. Der Vogel war an allen Seiten knusprig und perfekt gebraten. Der Abwasch war ein Kinderspiel. Man musste den Rost und die Pfanne nur abwischen, bzw. auswischen. Es ist nichts angebrannt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Como se puede comprobar el precio es elevado,pero una vez tienes el artículo en tu casa,tienes bien claro que el precio está sumamente justificado. Es verdaderamente impresionante la calidad del artículo de echo el fabricante da una garantía de 25 años,esto ya dice como es el artículo por si alguien tiene dudas. Realmente satisfecho con este artículo.

Buenísima calidad de materiales y antiadherente, vale su precio. Durará años sin problema. La anterior que me pille en en chino duro dos asados el antiadherente y te juro que tenía la misma pinta que está, son unos expertos en la imitación eso lo tenemos que reconocer. Edito después de más de un año de uso, el esmaltado sigue intacto y se limpia la grasa de maravilla, muy buena.
