I bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old DVR that was giving me intermittent trouble. I also wanted to expand the number of cameras on my system. I researched various makes and models and was able to chat with Sansco via Facebook Messenger with any questions I had prior to purchase. Their speed of response was excellent and they satisfied me that this product was suitable for my needs. Once ordered, the DVR arrived promptly and was a breeze to set up. I had problems with a couple of the existing cameras but through a process of elimination realised it was a cabling issue. I was planning on replacing the cabling and once I had done this the cameras worked a dream. I particularly liked the set up instructions which are clear and concise and with the pre-installed software with it’s simple interface and easy to follow menu options. Compared to the previous software I was using it was a delight to use. Once I had replaced three of my existing cameras with Sansco HD cameras I was blown away with the difference in picture quality. My wife, in particular, who uses the cameras more than me was delighted, particularly as we recently had an issue on our property and supplied the police with images that were not of sufficient quality to allow them to pursue our problem. I have since ordered six more HD cameras and look forward to having a quality system at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a new system this DVR and Sansco cameras cannot be faulted. Good quality, easily fitted as a DIY project, and a very good price as well.

Bought as a replacement for an older system and instantly wowed by the improvement in picture quality when buying the Sansco 2MP Full HD cameras to compliment the setup. Not only is the DVR half the size of what I used to have its extremely quiet. The mouse helps navigate the user interface with ease, I just had to scan the QR code on my android smartphone and download the easy to use software to view my cameras anywhere I wish. Very impressed at not having to setup port forwarding and IP addresses on my router. Signing up to use the XMeye App makes login a flash, view all cameras all at once or tap to view each individually and switch between standard to high definitions images at the tap of a button. You can also use the app to mobile record or take instant images of whats happening live. A reliable CCTV DVR with a range of extra features to fully programme it to do what you want, recording schedules, naming cameras, motion detection recording, alerts, recording and playback at the same time and the ability to just simply plug in and play, and for the price I can't recommend this system enough.

I have purchased the VCR few weeks ago and am very happy with it. The installation process was straight forward. I have bought the VCR with the HD present which seems like a good value for money and made things simpler. So far I have not had a need to use it extensively however, I have decided to write a review after a neighbour's son had a collision with a car and I was asked for the footage. Very reassuringly Sansco Customer Care help provided swift replies to my questions, the answers were in depth and clear with screenshots/arrows included (I think they are located in China so a message sent afternoon London time will typically get a response next day).

I purchased a product in January this year, I was having problems logging into the admin centre, in August to set something out, I contacted the supplier who gave me a lot of help, when I was still unable to login to the admin centre, they agreed to replace the product for the latest model, and refund the cost of the new product, which I feel is great service. The new product was delivered, easily installed and setup is very easy to use and is working well, it’s a great product and good value for money, I have seen other CCTV products that don’t offer as many features and cost a lot more, I would certainly recommend this product and the supplier.
