This is a lovely sugar free loaf tin style cake. It has little chocolate chips and the sponge is soft and has flavour. For what it is, a good purchase. I took this on a weekend away just to have so as not to be tempted by sugary treats. A couple of slices suffices. Great if you want to cut down on sugar.

Being a diabetic I struggle with not being able to have cake. You cannot tell it is sugar free. The cake is delicious and the chocolate chips have a nice crunch to them. Also nice with sugar free custard powder that you make with boiling water for a pudding. I cannot fault this other than it was expensive for 2 cakes.

Actually, they are quite good and a slice is lovely with a liberal splodge of (unsweetened ) custard over it. I have just ordered a two-pack of the chocolate chip and the chocolate as this combination was unavailable when I put in my first order. These are safe for 'type 2'' diabetics like myself to consume, but would also be nice for those that like an occasional treat but are consciously trying to avoid stuffing themselves with too much sugar. Mums fav bought these for her last year too, as a diabetic they are suitable and no nasty aftertaste like some diabetic treats leave, good value

Making a tasty sugar free product can be tricky, I get that... However, the chemical taste in this is... well, it's a bit too much sadly, you can smell and definitely taste it, additionally the cake was exceptionally dry, as in it will suck out any moisture in your mouth, having a sauce, cream or drink (maybe all three) with this cake is more or less a requirement. I really did want to like it and I hate leaving bad reviews but this cake is just not worth it due to cost, relatively small size and the odd chemical taste.

Ew. That was nasty. It is indeed sugar free. I am type 2 diabetic and it was my birthday. I read all the reviews and people seemed to like it but I thought that it tasted over sweet and left a funny taste in the mouth. It was dry and really not worth the calories. Yucky. Don't buy.

This is my second order of these tasty treats. The taste of theses cakes is second to none and lovely and moist. There is no chemical after taste that I've had with other sugar free products and all I'm left with is a satisfying experience of a yummy cake
