I needed to be able to navigate at night with crutches and a regular night light wouldnt work. The duck is so cute, and has 3 intensity settings. He makes me smile. His legs are floppy. Sometimes my cat uses it, which is pretty cute. The charge lasts a few days, if it's not left on for hours at a time. If you use it to help little ones fall asleep you can switch it a 30 minute timer. One switch turns it in/off/timer mode. Tapping his body turns the light on and is how you change intensity. I will buy more of these! I didn't know how much I needed this little guy, he just makes me happy.

I loved the first one so much (a gift for my sister) that I bought another one for my son. It's just cute. It's really hard to find unique gifts. I'm not interested in giving someone another mug, keychain, or potpourri. Anyway, most people have all of the inexpensive "stuff" that they want or need. I have no idea if my peeps need a frying pan, hand towels, flashlight, or toaster. I don't know if any art print or lamp will go with their decor. I don't know what size clothes or shoes they wear. But I'm pretty sure that none of them have a cute squishy duck night light. My sister said that she reads kindle books in bed, but she loves the duck for adding a bit of light on her nightstand. (I also gave her an inexpensive USB adapter - bought a pack of 4 on Amazon not long ago, for my hard drive, just in case she doesn't have the right size - but she didn't need it). She said that she also likes that it has a 30-minute button, for a soft light to fall asleep to. This does come with its own charger, by the way. Oh, and nice packaging too! I plan to buy more for Christmas grab-bag gifts. Update: Everyone I gave this to LOVED it!! I wasn't sure about giving it to my son (is it too "cutesy"?) — but he raved about it! He said that it's so convenient to touch the duck when you have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water; it's light enough to see, but doesn't jolt anyone (human or feline) out of their slumber.

I have never in my life felt as represented as I do by this duck experiencing an existential crisis. The duck is made from soft, pliable material, and the feet on the light dangle cutely. The light is way brighter than I thought it would be - from the picture it looks to be a warmer color, but the light is definitely cooler toned. The light has three brightness levels, and they can be changed by slapping the duck on the butt (excellent design, by the way!). It's very easy to change the brightness - the light is very responsive to touch. Also, the light came charged and does not have to be plugged in to work, like I thought it did, so that's an added bonus. The light is super cute, very fun, and a welcome addition to my quirky room. This was probably made for children, but I have zero shame that it is proudly displayed on my room lol

This lamp is so cute, lol. It has three brightness settings which is great (it's cute even when it's off though). The battery life is fantastic as well- it's lasted for several months now. It's not a SUPER bright light, so I wouldn't reccomend it as a reading lamp, but it's the perfect nightlight if you're looking for more of an ambient glow. He lives on my nightstand and fits in great. Super cute decor that's functional as a nightlight as well. I also love that to turn it on/off you just tap him!

These little squishy night lights are adorable!! My kids absolutely love them. They do have a timer so they can be set to turn off after 30 minutes which is great. The are like a squishy rubber material. Cute design. The eyes and everything does not rub off. You do have to charge them regularly so that’s the only thing I always forget and then they are dead at bedtime. But very cute purchase! And would make an amazing gift.

So cute and with three different amounts of light, perfect for bedside. Makes a great conversation starter in the guest rooms. Recharging is easy, but takes awhile. Charge stays for about 3 weeks even with nightly use as long as it doesn’t stay on all the time. Not sure how long it would stay charged for fulltime nightlight, but charges with a “B” charger, so plugging it in during the day is easy.

I’m obsessed with this cute little guy!!! I use it as a night light for middle of the night wake ups with a newborn and it is perfect for that purpose. It is so easy to reach out and tap it on and off while half awake trying to soothe a baby. The brightness levels are also a huge help- the dimmest setting is the perfect amount of light to not get baby too awake and the brightest setting is perfect for finding the lost pacifier. It has also held up well to a very curious toddler tossing it around. All around awesome product!!!
