Excellent so far
Tiling an awkward stove back with heavy tiles I couldn't have done it without this product. It was brilliant. Adhered well to an uneven and bitty surface ... we just had to be careful to position our tiles well the first time as this stuff held fast really quickly which was perfect for us as there wasn't much room to move. Masked off adjacent tiles so any smears came off with the tape as I agree that you don't want to let this set where you don't want it to be! Would definitely buy again and am hoping once the stove is lit it stays as strong as it appears to be now.
