Many uses
Good product. Use it like a lip pencil to prevent lipstick bleeding. It works. Just a tip I read somewhere.

Stop those lipstick creases.
Older ladies, this is brilliant for stopping lipstick bleed. First draw your lip liner on, then the SynWax around the outside of the liner. It's really thick and heavy, but if you decant a 1/2 teaspoon into a small container, warm it up (I use the hair dryer) then using a short bristle lip brush you can apply on to the skin where you don't want your lipstick to creep. Very reasonably priced and a small tub will last years!

Wax for creating bites. Good product but difficult to apply make-up to it
I needed this stuff to create wounds (bites, cuts). The color is perfect but the wax is very difficult to cover with make-up (unless you use the Fixative A the apply powder) and it does not look so good when you look closely. Maybe it needs a lot of make-up expertise. The product is good. The video from Mehron on the web show how to apply it, This how-to is terrible, their makeup video is lame and I guess if you purchase it you will have to test and pratice. I will be using it for small wounds so I'm happy with this product. I give 4 stars because is is difficult to makeup. I might change it to 5 stars once I can make it look realistic. Oh, and Sooo sticky and difficult to remove! Wash with cold water and a little soap until it gest loose then scratch gently. I use Nail polish remover to remove the remaining synwax from the skin... not recommended. Also use Spirit gum on the spot where you will put the synwax.

Syn wax
It's very hard to use. It would be much better if it was soft ...

Not mouldable
I brought this to make scars but it wouldn't mould, it was rock hard so I returned it

So I have been reading tons of bad reviews on this product and although I had a rough first go with it, after learning how to use it correctly I have fallen in love. The reason I say it's easy to use is because once you learn the process, it really is easy to use. 1. When the wax comes, it will be very hard. You need something metal to get the wax out - I would highly reccomend spending the few dollars for a set of steel spatulas because not only is it helpful to get the wax out of the container with, you sort of need them to apply the wax and blend it onto your skin. 2. To soften the wax up, warm it up by holding it in your hands and kneading it. It will take some time, and it'll be very sticky but once you're done warming it up, vaseline will help with the application. Knead it with the bottom of your hands until it's very pliable and do your best to knead all of those little hard pieces in it. If you miss some, that's what the steel spatulas help with when you're blending it onto your skin. 3. YOU NEED VASELINE TO APPLY THE WAX. The wax will be very sticky. I reccomend shaping the wax how you want it before using any vaseline just so that it sticks to your skin. Then use your fingers to blend the edges of the wax onto your skin. Then dip your steel spatula into some vaseline and blend away. I've posted pictures of the process. Give this product some time to grow on you! It can be a pain in the butt at first, but trust me there is nothing wrong with it. The wax is supposed to be really hard and pretty difficult to work with but so worth it when you get it figured out.
