Best sturdy seat out there for large rectangle toilets
We have a “modern” rectangle toilet, so the conventional kids toilet seats just don’t fit. I looked everywhere for a seat that might fit until I stumbled across this one. It fits perfectly and can be adjusted accordingly. Our toilet I would say is pretty big and we have no problems with it not fitting. My daughter found the seat very comfortable and she felt confident to use it which with others we’ve bought she was scared as it would slide around on top. This one stays put and she can even put it on and remove it herself. Definitely a must have when potty training.

Fits Square Toilet Secure Fit
Yey! Anyone who has a square toilet will appreciate the struggle to find a training seat that actually fits. After being through a couple I found this one and it really does fits our square toilet! The two movable points on the underside are what you use to give it a secure fit on your seat. I found them a bit awkward to move, but the quality and secure fit more than make up for it. Yes there are no handles at either side but my little one has taken to it really well. I bought a stepper ( the white and grey one on amazon) with two steps which goes really well with it, and because our toilet it quite high up. It’s easy enough to clean made of really sturdy thick plastic with a good quality rubber rim. My little one likes to put it on himself, he knows the penguin goes to the front. Best seat ever!

Fantastic toilet training seat
This is the best toilet trainer seat I’ve purchased for both my son and daughter. We have in the past purchased ones which have fitted under the toilet seat and others which fix onto the toilet seat and none are as good as this one. The issue I’ve had with others is that they don’t fit snuggly onto the toilet and so move around when in use. It made my son feel uneasy using the toilet as he wouldn’t feel secure when on the seat. This seat is adjustable so fits snuggly onto the toilet seat and my children were able to fit it onto the seat by themselves when it was needed. It’s not too high at the front so they can sit on the toilet themselves encouraging independence but still had a little lip so that wee doesn’t escape the toilet. The slight padding makes it a more comfortable seat too. Overall really pleased with this product and wish I had just bought this one straight away rather than trying others out first.

Excellent seat for tiny bottoms!
My two year old is really tiny, and she feels very happy on this seat which fits really well on our toilet. It is easy to move the parts to make the seat fit, and there is no wobble at all. It is also really quick and easy to take it on and off the toilet seat so adults can use the loo, and light enough for my daughter to put it on herself. The seat supports her really well and she doesn't need to be held by anyone else whilst sitting on the pourty. We have the Tommee Tippitoes mini toilet, where you can put the seat onto a normal toilet, but my daughter doesn't like it as it moves around all over the place is not secure at all. Someone mentioned in another review that they were unhappy as it did not fit their rectangular toilet, on the pourty website they actually state that it does not fit well on rectangular toilets so do bear that in mind when purchasing. So good I have just ordered another one for the downstairs loo!

Brilliant seat, excellent fit and easy to use
I have purchased 2 of these Pourty Toilet trainer Seats (1 for my house and 1 for my parents house) My son is very skinny so could not sit on a normal toilet seat without being held otherwise he would fall through. I have quite a square type toilet seat so i was not sure if the basic type of seats would fit my toilet so I opted for the Pourty Flexi Fit seat. It fits perfectly on our seat and on my parents toilet too, just need to adjust the clips underneath before use and its ready to use. My son has been using it for a few months now and can easily put the seat on and off of the toilet himself. Its super easy to clean and fits very well onto the toilet so that it doesn't wobble. Highly recommend.

Excellent, don't bother with fixing bits
First of all it does fit perfectly and safely on a conventional toilet seat (I dont know about oval or square style) perfectly without ANY additional fixings. it got negative review previously for the extra security plastic adjustable bit breaking off, but I simply did not even put it on. It is secure without it. my son is 2,6 yrs old and he can sit himself on it if he decides although he prefers help. My son is not a tall child with a big frame and the seat is still perfect not big or too small. And it is easy to clean easy to remove, easy to take along. As I said I do not believe it needs those plastic security bits to fix.Try without it first. and you'll see if needed.

Money well spent
After trying 4 different training seats, some that fitted poorly and some that didn't fit at all, I bit the bullet and ordered this. I'm glad i did. We have got space saver toilets both upstairs and down stairs and struggled to find anything that fits either of them, this flexi-fit fits both toilets and is comfortable for little one to sit on. The shape means little one has to fully sit on it stopping all accidents cased by being sat too far forward. The raised front will also be good for my son when he starts using the toilet. It's easy to clean and very easy to remove and adjust. At the moment we cart the seat up and downstairs when needed but I will be ordering a second as its perfect.

My wife and I looked around at all kinds of little toilets and toilet helpers for our little toddler. He's 2-1/2-and-change and is about ready for potty training. Being our only child, this is new territory for us. We looked at all kinds of toddler toilets and toilet seats, some expensive and some cheap. Our first thought was, the more expensive, the better. We assumed the adage "you get what you pay for" would apply here. For us, it didn't--not at all! I'm glad I did my homework. We almost purchased a much more expensive potty for him. We decided not to get a toddler toilet mainly because it's rather disgusting having to empty it out and clean. Also, our bathroom is small and there's a space issue with where to put his toilet. Instead, I set aside a few evenings to research on Amazon tons of potty options for him. I read probably hundreds of user reviews and finally settled on this seat. I showed it to my wife and we discussed it together. The reviews were very good and it appeared the product would fit our situation really well. With our child, he's been interested in the toilet for a while. He goes in and likes to flush it incessantly. If we don't keep an eye on him, he'll unroll the toilet paper all over the floor and try and stuff it in the toilet (OMG!!!). He's watched us use the toilet and it makes him want to use it, so we put him on it and he just sits there with a smile on his face, not knowing what to do. Of course, at this stage, we had to hold him closely, since his little bottom would fall into the seat. So we purchased this Pourty Flexi-Fit trainer toilet seat, which would fit onto our existing toilet seat. This would enable him to do his business just like mommy and daddy do. He seems interested in copying us and going the same way we do, so this seemed like a logical solution to us. We have a little step-up stool in the bathroom he uses to reach the sink. We put that at the base of the toilet, so he can step up and get himself on the seat, with our help, of course. I kept my fingers crossed and we patiently waited two days for the trainer seat to arrive. At only about $16, I was skeptical this would be a good solution, but also hopeful. According to my research, this *should* work well. The Pourty seat arrived and we immediately unboxed and unwrapped it, then I figured out how to get this to work on our elongated toilet seat. It has two tabs on the underside-rear of the seat that are adjustable. You move these to match the dimensions of your seat, then when you place the Pourty Flexi-Fit seat on your toilet seat, these tabs bend back a little and slip in place, holding your toddler's seat snugly against the inner edge of the toilet seat. It actually works really well. It doesn't slip-slide forward or back or side-to-side. When you take it off, you just lift and the tabs bend, allowing you to pull the toddler seat off. Since it's small and thin, it's easily stored for later use. We put our toddler on the seat and he smiled, but didn't do anything to make us proud. So we talked to him and told him to tell us when he needed to go number 1 or number 2. So what did he do? He started telling us when he did 1 or 2 after he was done. He didn't understand the order of operations. We didn't pressure him about it, understanding that he doesn't understand yet the difference between telling us "before" as opposed to "after". We finally had success at bath time. One day while asking him to go while sitting on his potty seat, before bath time, he didn't go. So we put him in the tub. The moment his little feet hit the warm water, he started peeing. So we had an idea. The toilet is right across from the tub. The next day, before his bath, we put him on his potty seat, where he could also see the tub. He didn't pee. So we turned the water on in the tub and he peed! It was his first time. We showered him in tons of praise and love, telling him how proud we were in him, and that he's now just like mommy and daddy. He beamed from ear-to-ear, so happy! He's since done this two more times. So he's on his way to learning how to go just like the big people go. And we're here to report that the Pourty Flexi-Fit training seat works great! It's working very well for us. For the price, this is a fabulous option for parents that we heartily recommend. Don't be intimidated by the cheap price. This is a product that actually is an excellent, low-price option for parents with toddlers who are ready to learn to go just like the big people do.
