Delivery may have been a little longer than specified, but that does not detract from the fact that this is a great little house for the price. Hubby is no stranger to a tool box, so a small issue with the assembly instruction was easily overcome and he had it assembled and erected in no time. It is quite spacious, loft floor is great for extra toy storage, looks very pretty and the kids love it.

the house arrived damaged and parts missing. No call backs from customer service despite 3 chase ups from me requesting replacement parts. When i got hold of someone the wrong part was sent. The house was repaired by men and i was told, take it down or have a refund of a small part. I settled for the refund BUT the phone call back to me would of ensured the right replacement was sent. Very rude people on the phone. Windows break if screwed too hard, ladder didnt and doesnt fit straight, instructions dictate how the walls are to be erected. So DIY by looking NOT the instructions
