Better than the foam one. Foam make iPad overheat, this is open on back, no overheating issues now…

Nice and sturdy
Perfect for me, I use it with my 16" notebook pro. It does not move around as the rubbers in the bottom hold it firmly on my desk. It wobbles when I type on the laptop's keyboard, but I don't worry about it that much. A good-looking and functional stand should last quite a while.

Rugged, attractive, and functional
If you are looking for a highly functional, attractive, rugged stand to get your small laptop or keyboard up off your desk, this is it. I'm using it in a recording studio to get my PC keyboard elevated and tilted at the perfect angle during sessions. It frees up enough room on the desk to fit my small MIDI keyboard controller. The stand is almost infinitely adjustable in height and angle. And this model rotates as well. What are you waiting for, Amazon will have it on your desk in 2 days.

Highly recommend and very versatile
This brand and this style work very well and are very flexible as to where you can put this. I wish it was a little easier to pull apart and adjust, but then it likely would not be as strong (holds a 15" laptop and this is a smaller one than the first one I bought). Highly recommend.

Not deep enough for a 11" deep laptop
Well constructed, but not deep enough. The problem I had with it was when I adjusted the tilt and height for my 16" wide x 11" deep MSI laptop so that the keyboard and monitor heights were comfortable, the laptop flipped backward over the stand. I fixed the problem by extending the back of the top support plate by 2" with steel lumber straps which I glued and taped to the support plate.

Great adjustable laptop stand
I love this stand for my macbook. It can wobble a little if you're an aggressive typer, but it's sturdy and doesn't take up much room when not in use. The swivel is very convenient, and there are multiple ways you can adjust it to get the perfect height and angle.
